Charging $300 to remove a 20+ year old tank that is no longer in service? Took months to show up then receiving a HUGE bill! Only getting a call center that tells me this is a correct charge...Been a customer since 1997 and it's been a nightmare since they took out local service.

Why does it cost customer to remove tank?? I no longer have propane stove due to 90 year old Mother who leaves stove on. It is your tank and I have to pay for removal. This is a safety problem and you can reuse the tank.

I'm leaving amerigas after 19 years of service went to complete garbage cost me thousands of dollars in lost business cost me hundreds of dollars in employees pay. extremely disappointed. even tho im leaving I still believe I should be cut a check for my losses due to your incompetence.

Please keep filling my tank with a low top-off the way you have been doing. That way my tank is always full and the gas delivery total is not huge! Thanks for helping me budget better. A full tank from a 0% empty tank is staggering to try to pay for. Keep the 30 gallon or less top-offs coming!! Thanks!!

We didn't receive a bill after a delivery. I was told that it had been emailed. But because I was not on the account they would not speak to me. I simply asked, please just email the bill to the email you have on file. I shouldn't have to be on the account for that. I just wanted to make sure you got paid.
Your customer service rep was quite rude and lacking in common sense.

Each and EVERY interaction with this company has been a nightmare. Angry confrontational and even threatening employees. Run, don’t walk to ANY other provider. Zero stars, absolutely do not recommend.
