It took 6 days for you to respond to emergency. Calling Philippines is waste of time. They know nothing of value. Barely speak English. Guy who filled tank apologized but not his fault.

Once again I had to have a CS person put into your system that I am on a 3 month cycle. I had to speak to a “ specialist “ to again solve the problem. If one day you do it correctly and on time I will consider improving my relationship with you.

Your frustrating endless voicemail system takes much too long to get to a real person and then they give incorrect answers to questions. Two phone calls later after waiting an hour, I get a supervisor and he tells me the real story, not something from a script. You have taken all of the local personal contact away, tried to replace it with automated reordings & emails, that don't even narrow service time to less than 24 hours, nor do you inform your customers someone has to be home before you will pressure test the disconnected LP tank. Your tanker driver asked about appliances in the home when he filled the tank & he was told this is just for a whole house enerator. You charge $99 for a dispatch when I had to call for the service then $199 for the service call, your prices are insanely off the scale.

I have called at least 12 times and spoken to any number of customer service reps, as well as maintenance staff locally and still have not heard back as to when Amerigas will come and service my leaking propane tank.

Who is handling their customer service? I called in months ago with a request to have my tank lines marked and was told they don't do it? I have landscapers on hold called again this week, was told now they do it? But they can't commit and tell me when?

Sadly you have a delivery driver who thinks he should park his delivery truck on Azalea Street in Port Orange, FL to service the Circle K. He runs his line through a fence, then fills the tank while making quite a bit of noise at 7-7:30am. Since I love to have my windows open on these wonderful mornings not only the noise but the smell isn't quite what I enjoy. Shame on this man for not parking in the Circle K parking lot as the other delivery drivers do. Very rude and really no need for. Tried not to give a star at all.

Terrible service. We are a business that has run out of propane on several occasions. This is obviously a huge issue and has had financial consequences for us. I have given them many chances to correct this issue but it continues to happen. This company does not value their customers. I highly recommend using a different company.

We rely on Amerigas dependability and are NEVER left short. This is an amazing, well-oiled machine. Keep up the good work.

Bad customer service. Our gas is never delivered on time, even when they are on our street for other customers. Cannot depend on them. Also, I called and they assured me that my delivery of gas would be that day, and of course they never showed up. I depend on gas to heat our pool, our stove, our oven and our fireplace. This is unacceptable. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Over priced, poor online service. We went three (3) days without service, supposed to be on Stay Full. We could not get a hold of anyone in the USA when called. Your company has really gone downhill. We are done with ameriGas.

I have been trying since august, to get credit for a tank we paid to fill and was never filled. I cant fully understand your reps due to language issues, however they keep telling me it was sent for review. Its not rocket science...............tank was supposably filled, weeks later it was empty, a tech came out and said no leak it was never filled.............I have called 5 times, and everyone said they would call back...........the only ones calling is for payment. Please figure this out?

Our experieince has been subpar at best. We negotiated a contract with Amerigas and then spent weeks cahsing someone to sign the agreement. We finall y got it to hapen and then it was another chase to get the subcontractor on site to do the install. Fast forward and we need the equipment connected and after calling your corproate office numerous times to get the work done they finally responded and sent a team. Upon arrival they discovered the system had never pressure tested or had it inspected. We are 10 days into that now and they have still not passed inspection or attached our equipment forcing us to get a TCO in lieu of a CO. We will not be using Amerigas on future projects.

We had horrible service last year, beginning with a leaky gas valve on our rented tank. No amount of calling your customer service agents or going on line seemed to help.Then I wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau and within 5 days I had resolution, and I thank you for that. Service has improved, but I believe it happens on a local basis. 4 stars for now.
