Great guy. great customer service I would recommend him to anyone he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great employee to have. he helped me out with my Dodge truck because I broke down and I am from out of town. I deal with a local O’Reillys where I live but I called them and he helped me. Those are the kind of people we need at businesses. so if you’re going to reward anyone with your business or if they are going to reward their employee, he’s the one to do it too. “Richy went above and beyond to help me! I told him that I had gotten hit by a semi truck that morning, and I needed a new wheel! He tried really hard to get a wheel for my 2005 Mitsubishi Galant. However, it wasn't actually possible at that moment but, he said he had a couple that would work. I didn't actually care I just needed a wheel! I made it there literally a minute before he closed, and needless to say he took care of me! He even took it out to the car for me! I don't ever give 5 stars but, he definitely deserves it! I would recommend this place to everyone! Matter of fact the place that recommended me was Firestone off of S. Nova and Dunlawton where I had my car towed to get fixed after the semi truck hit me! “The employee Megan was such a big help to me! She went above and beyond to help me install my passenger tail light. The bulb was literally stuck and I couldn’t find anyone who could get it out. I stopped at Advanced auto and Megan offered to help me and she took her time and was determined to fix my tail light. She literally made my day and helped remind me that they’re good people in the world! It was hot outside and she stayed with me and help me no matter how long it took and I appreciate that.
