“Talked to Tim about doing a mobile install of my windshield and he informed me with my camera hanging to be recalibrated it would be impossible to do it mobile... do I went with someone else... only to go thru all sorts of nonsense and return back to precision and they were kind courteous helpful and reassuring not to mention he was able to get me fixed up and relieved to have a windshield again. Professional, quick, and quality. Can't say enough about the entire experience and wish more companies were so simple and stress free. Would recommend AGAIN AND AGAIN TO ANY AND EVERYONE WHO NEED A SERVICE THEY PROVIDE! THANKS YALL”

“A huge thank-you to Wayne and the entire team at Classic Collision for the exceptional professionalism, compassion, and care they showed me throughout this very stressful experience. Dealing with a car accident and the insurance process can be overwhelming, but Wayne and the staff made everything feel much more manageable. They kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle every step of the way, so I was never left wondering what was happening or when the repairs would be completed. They also took the time to clearly explain the repairs, walk me through the process, and patiently answer all of my questions. I truly appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure I felt comfortable and informed. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair shop in years. The level of customer service I received went above and beyond my expectations, and I would highly recommend Classic Collision to anyone in need of collision repairs. Thank you again, Wayne and the entire team, for making a difficult situation so much easier!”
