Cash America Pawn is a well-maintained and welcoming store known for its friendly and professional staff. Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable representatives who create a positive shopping environment. The store offers a diverse selection of items, including jewelry, trinkets, designer handbags, shoes, and a wide range of tools, firearms, and collectibles. The store is well-lit, clean, and features an inviting atmosphere full of items to choose from. Many customers highlight their positive experiences with the staff working with them on purchases and layaway plans, which are considered simple and effective, especially with a 10% down layaway option for firearms. However, some drawbacks include the lack of an online portal for managing layaway or pawn items, which can be inconvenient, especially for out-of-state customers. One location only accepts cash, and the high-interest rates are also noted as a concern. Despite this, the store's variety of items, including a great gun selection and collectibles, makes it a popular destination for enthusiasts and shoppers alike. Overall, Cash America Pawn is recognized for its professionalism, great energy, and dedication to customer service, making it a recommended place for shopping and pawning needs.
I went to Cash America Pawn, with my mom. We had Mr. Mason take a look at her jewelry, and I just want to say, besides being knowledgeable, he was also very kind to the both of us. We both walked away with a smile. So, thanks Mr. Mason for your professionalism, and your kindness.
