James is the absolute best! I am severely technically challenged and he made what would have been a nightmare for me as smooth as silk. And with the Internet not working and my old phone not taking a charge, and the transfer from one phone to the next not cooperating, I am telling you James is like a warrior with this technical stuff! I appreciated him so much and he was so patient with me and I seem to be there 3 days in a row. Not only did he help me but he taught me how to maneuver my device as well. I may still be a little stumped but I have faith in knowing if I can't figure it out I can always go back and he will help. Thank you so much James !!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The customer service is horrible. With the exception of James.The card machines we're not working he went to ask for help. I watched the manager belittle him in front of everyone, walk away and not help us. Finally I got my phone replaced but had to go back because they double charged me.To quote the extremely rude/unprofessional manager, " call customer service. I'm just a store manager, what do you expect me to do about it?" .This was after she had already loudly sighed at me when I said I needed help. I tried to continue to ask for help but she became escalated ,& I no longer felt comfortable there. I asked for the number for customer service, she yelled the number at me.So I asked for her name and she got angry waived her hand and said " Mmm I'm trying be nice right now but!" so I told my son we are out of here.As we left she was calling her manager talking trash about me to her boss. I'm not sure if she thought I was rolling my eyes at her because I have severe nystagmus and in response got rude/defensive from the start or what her deal was.. By far the worst customer service ever & if she's allowed to manage the store you can only imagine how bad other people's experiences have been.To summarize: Cricket phone service is great, the location on International has an amazing staff go there instead & Holly Hill Crickets sucks .

When I walked in the store no one greeted me there was only one person working in 10 customers so I waited finally gets to me and says that yeah we have a good deal going and then he tells me the price and I just walked out
