“When I found a complete carry handle upper for the price that daytona offers it at, I was highly skeptical. After doing my research on the company, it seems there’s been more negative reviews than bad, mostly regarding customer service, shipping times, and recurving the wrong parts. I had a bit of a scare because they sent an acceptance email, then a completion of order email very quickly. I watched the tracking number for over 4 days and nothing happened. My heart sank, I assumed I got scammed after reading everything and not seeing anything recent about the company. So I emailed them, received a response the next business day assuring me it was sent out. The next day, it was here. So I’ll definitely blame usps for that fault. The upper seemed to have some hang ups the first few rounds, but after about 30 rounds it cleared up and so far so good. I hope this review can help anyone in 2024 shopping around for ar parts because there are plenty of scam sites out there, and from my experience this isn’t one of them even after my scam scare.”
