“Transferring from USAA after 10 years, we found out that Allstate was a lot less expensive for the same coverage. We had Allstate insurance in Texas for our home and after hurricane Rita hit Beaumont in 2005, right after hurricane Katrrina. Allstate was right there in town with agents filing claims. We had a check delivered in less than 2 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised the way Allstate professional handled our case versus some other companies our friends had that were not treating their claims with any urgency! We now live in Florida and have Allstate for all our automotive needs and Boat coverage!”

“I am Traveling in North Carolina from June thru mid-October and realized my automobile policies were due and when logging in saw two other policies were past due. On Sat 8/19/2023 I went on-line and paid the Umbrella ($605 ) however on Monday the bank did not show the payment deducted. I called the Jeff Evans office and spoke with MS Linda Ostrosky, who was extremely courteous and helpful in getting me straightened out and up to date with all policies. Linda was very patient with me and very thorough in going over everything and making sure we had it correct. I promise to do better.
