Genara Saylor was very good, very knowledgeable, polite, etc on 4/4/2025.
Only negative was the cost, $400 for my tax return.
Deserves a 5 star rating.

Absolutely ecstatic, Brandon got me a return I never expected. He's very professional and extremely talented. And on a side note, Ladies, He's very handsome and I didn't see any ring on his finger...😉

My agent was Myra, she told me I was getting 100.00 back, then she redid my taxes saying I own 74.00. I like why??? She said they didn't take enough taxes out for the year, she tell me get married and have a baby ( i can't have kids) to get more money back. I told her, i just started my new job from changing jobs . She also I need to go back to my work tell them take more taxes out,so I get more money back at the end of the year. I never own IRS in my life till now, she handed my taxes back tell me go do my at turbo tax. I never be disappointed, disrespectful,. I don't recommend her at all. She was rushing me. Didn't ask if I own my home which I do and I get 1099 from the mortgage company. This was on 2/8/25. I will not be returning to this location. When I booked my appointment they said it 89.00, they was going to charge me 160.00 holy moly. Lies.

Ask for Brandon he will take care of you! He answered all my questions, explained the documents needed to prepare and finish your taxes and he is professional and provided Great customer service! I'll return next year because he made my visit stress free and fast. Thanks Brandon

Made an 11am appointment, showed up, checked in and had my paperwork scanned. I never met my assigned agent. After waiting for twenty minutes, one of the employees came to me and told me that an agent was taking care of me and I did not need to wait. He also assured me they would call me on the phone. I received no contact, when I called several times to inquire about my status the phone went unanswered.
