“We recently shopped at Kalin for an electric love seat. We were greeted by Lydia Norton-Patterson who made our visit to Kalin exceptional. Her pleasant personality and down home friendliness made for a very enjoyable experience. She was patient and unobtrusive in our decision making and she was extremely knowledgeable about the various brands and features of their large selection. She even had a tape measure and helped us measure several pieces to ensure proper sizing. The best thing about Lydia was that there was never any pressure or rush for us to decide. We came back the next day after sleeping on it and purchased a beautiful Bassett loveseat. Their delivery process was smooth and reasonable and we will definitely return to Kalin for future furniture needs. We highly recommend asking for Lydia and we look forward to working with her again.”

“Ned and Carol, SN reps at the Port Orange store are great! No push, full of knowledge about their products, answered all our questions. Would have been a 5 star except I asked about qualifying for Synchrony Bank 12 month, no interest financing for base and mattress and thought it would be a soft inquiry to make sure I could qualify for the program and instead the card was actually applied for and obtained on the spot. Was a little annoyed because at that point had not made my decision on a SN purchase. It would have been a useless card with a ding to my credit if I had decided to go with another brand name product.”

“In all the years I have lived in this area this store is hands down the best furniture store in the area with a fantastic team! Matt, Caleb, Phillip really pulled out all stops to help me get a recliner prior to my major surgery unfortunately it could not be delivered in time to help me with my rehab. So i returned when I was first able now not needing a recliner they found be a great sectional and delivered it promptly.Because of the surgery the Couch turned out to be too low a seating position that I was unable to get in or out of it comfortably and with out considerable pain.I went back to the store on the second day of too much pain and explained the situation. Matt the 'big dog' along with his crew Caleb and Phillip came up with an awesome swap that will be deliver early next week. I couldn't be happier with the service.Most stores in the area would have laughed me out of the store. had I explained my predicament to them. Matt and his awesome team demonstrated so much compassion and empathy for my situation. listened and came up with an out of the box solution for me. Thanks so much for listening and going out of your way to help gents you are and asset to the company.I can not recommend Babcocks highly enough. if you don't check them out you are doing yourself a disservice. they know their stuff and care about their customers!”

“My husband and I have been to every single furniture store in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Casselberry. We went into Haynes to look for a new living room set. We were greeted by Linda an associate at Haynes Brothers Furniture in Ormond Beach. Linda is friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. She was patient with all of our questions. She helped to pick out fabric which turned out to be fun! The covid19 put a temporary delay on receiving our new furniture but that's ok. Great store, great people, great experience. Wish we had found this store sooner. Highly recommended! A+++”
