I needed fabric advice for dining chairs and her suggestion works beautifully in our home. She is also very familiar with the many manufacturers Kalin carries and answered my dozens of questions. It’s always a pleasure to browse the store in Ormond and see (and try out) the different styles of furniture. The customer service department is top notch. Our technician promptly and professionally fixed a glitch in our electric recliner. Kalin was in contact with us from the time of purchase to delivery and beyond. “Wow what a great experience, when I walked into the store I was greeted by Will a very nice professional gentleman will showed me around I explained to him my needs for a mattress because of aches and pains will directed me to the correct matches to try so I can see which one is good for my back aches and pains and bingo I bought one will did not try to make me buy an expensive mattress I told him what my budget was and he took me to a few mattresses for me to try and boy let me tell you what great mattress you just sink into it and it Contours around your body excellent quality I am very pleased so far thank you will for being so nice and your expertise I appreciate it. “On October 26, I purchased a Puffy Royal Mattress that came with two free pillows and sleep masks. The mattress was delivered three weeks later after several calls requesting a delivery update. The delivery person informed me that I would receive the free pillows and sleep masks by FedEx. Four weeks later, still no pillows and sleep masks. When I again called the store, they informed me those items were being processed by Puffy. This prompted me to actually call Puffy to confirm. The Puffy rep. informed me she did not see any order for those free items despite them being listed on my invoice, but would look into it. I'm still waiting on a resolution; update to follow.
The long delivery wait times, lack of communication, and order mishap from this store is unacceptable to me given other available choices in the area.

Update: I received the complementary items on November 28. Thank you Volusia Mattress for working to make things right.”
