“We were leaving ATT to bundle with Spectrum. We had been to Spectrum in Pavillion several times. I went last night to Spectrum with info. Was told I had to go to ATT for current info. Customer service at the Spectrum store was absolutely terrible. I went to Att and Peter, even though I was leaving, went out of his way to assist. I had to go in 3x since Curt at Spectrum said he couldn't help. Thank you Peter for your gratitude Customer service.”

Alex explained everything to us, resolve some issues that we had that was incorrect made changes that were necessary, Made , phone calls and gave us the necessary information used to resolve the issue. The staff in the corporate location are very knowledgeable I am willing to help it was courtesy and quick and didn’t take unnecessary time. The offer of product yet thought can be used.
