Go into the gas station today to prepay for my gas. Two workers inside one named Christy and the other one i think her name is Brittany. The one whose name I think is Brittany has a cigarette in her mouth. The other one named Christy is apparently talking to somebody with her earbuds in on the phone. Nobody greeted me. Nobody acknowledged my existence as they stood there talking about one of their trucks and getting shoes out of one of their trucks and what the other person on the phone is saying and then the woman proceeds to take off her sneakers and hand them to the girl with a cigarette in her mouth to go put them out in her truck all before anybody even turned around to try and help me prepay for my gas....would not come back.

Looked on line for Murphys gas prices, and it said TODAYS PRICE was $3.12, and when my wife got there and hour later, it was $3.27. Again, when she got home, I checked....$3.12. Not happy with the wrong on line price. I will start checking and call first as to receive quoted and on line price.

It's got cheaper gas than most but I will say my car goes through there gas faster than Mobil etc some say cse it's mixed with water that's why it's so cheap but if I drive South for 3hrs I'm almost on E omw back I use Orion Gas or Racetrack n when I get back hm I still have a half a tank of gas left or a lil more So I will say Murphys isn't as good as other Stations

Used to always come here until i saw how a cashier (Judy Lynn) treated a customer. Never again or until shes gone. She shouldn't be in customer service.

Alicia was putting something away and it made a loud sound, the customer who she was taking care of thought she was having an attitude because it caused a noise. Alicia explained it was the thing she was putting away, it's made of plastic so it'll make a noise when it's tossed on the ground. Customer would not listen to her when you can clearly see she wasnt having an attitude. Customer said she's going to complain on her but I wanted to make sure the company and manager knows she did nothing wrong. Other than that my transaction was smooth!

I went to Murphy's to buy ciggerettes. I go there 2 or 3 times a week. For the last few months the price is different every time I go. Sometimes a lot higher, sometimes lower. They tried to tell me last time the price had gone up but according to the receipt it hadn't. Some of the new employees do not know how to ring them up right. This time, they were very high. When I got home, I discovered the girl had given me the wrong ones. I got in my car and drove right back up there. These were much stronger than the ones I smoke. She said she couldn't 't exchange them. She is the one that made the mistake. I order the same brand and strength every time I go. I had the receipt and you could tell it had been less than an hour. I am going to take my business elsewhere. I spend a great deal of money there. 2 cartons of ciggerettes twice a week, my husband and I both get our gas there, we buy our lottery tickets and drinks there. I have been loyal to them for the last 10 years. Apparently, they don't appreciate their regular customers enough to correct their mistake.
