I have been Coming to the hollyhill publix since i've been a little girl and i'm pushing 40 ..My whole family comes here including my mother that is 68! The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist has always been extremely rude in the last year ! Like she doesn't want to be at her job and the pharmacy technicians have the same attitude. Like we are inconvenienceing the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician to fill prescriptions.. The people who work in the store are wonderfulAnd I give publix alot of money so dose my whole family which is a big family . But still will not return there because the pharmacy staff is horrible ! If I could give the pharmacist and the pharmacist technicians 0 stars ? I would!

Great service and clean stores. Decent prices with sales. I appreciate that if you ask a question they will find the answer if they don't know it. Pleasant experience.

Just ordered 5 subs after a long day of Christmas shopping and no eating. Publics never has let me down so you could imagine my excitement to pick up my order and eat! I placed the order online to make it even easier to just pick up- and called in one seconds later to add. When returning home only ONE of the subs were made as requested. Cheese missing- lettuce missing- meat missing- oil missing - mayo missing- pickles added and so forth. SUPER disappointed. :(

For the 1st time ever I was disappointed with my visit. Holly Hill FL Publix I visit you because of service, example every visit you ask do you need help to your car, I NEVER accept, but today you didn't even ask...why I'm guessing because of the rain. As I waited to finish my purchase as a fellow employee walked up and to the bagger say....HA ha I watched this customer running to her car it was hysterical. WOW. Every visit I see a little less reason to shop your location. The Trails is closer, but Gramms likes your pharmacy. So once or twice a month I shop your location. Hopeful for better in the future.

I’m honestly not sure of the name of the Pharmacist at my local Publix Supermarket in Holly Hill and will update this review with a name as soon as I hear back from cooperate. Maybe it’s Kim, because I see a similar review to this one. I was asking for a prescription to be filled one day early so my husband and I could get on the road early Sunday morning for our vacation to visit his parents in Destin, Fl. One Day!! Day 28. Instead I was shamed (basically a backhanded comment implying abuse) being told I should have medicine left. I did, but not over one weeks worth and not something I want to concern myself with on vacation. There was no reasoning with her. I was then told they would be ready at 12:00 on Sunday…the next day, so I asked if they could be ready first thing. I was told they open at 11:00, and I could come in at 11 and stare at her for an hour. Wow. How professional. I’m a college educated business owner and would never speak that way to a customer. The way I was treated was disgraceful. I called another Publix and told that Pharmacist about what had happened, she looked at my information and saw I’ve never asked for an early fill and had them ready for me within 20 minutes. I hope the pharmacist at the Holly Hill Publix and her God complex reads this. Her customer service is UNACCEPTABLE. Her accusations that I abuse my medicine & should have leftover medicine and the nasty comment that I could come and stare at her while waiting will not be tolerated by me. I’ve contacted the store manager, corporate office and will not relent until she is reprimanded and I received an apology. Doctors prescribe medications for their patients as they know their patients history and what is working for said patient. A Pharmacist’s job is to fill the prescription. I am a good customer and person that has never asked for an early fill and should not have been spoken to that way and shamed as if I have a “drug” problem. There will be extenuating circumstances that occur in life. I’m grateful to the kind pharmacist at the other Publix who filled the prescription. It is bright and early Sunday morning and we are heading out for vacation. I’m thankful I won’t have to wait until 12:00 to get on the road or arrive at 11:00 to “stare” at a narcissistic pharmacist with a bad attitude.Anyway, it’s a beautiful day and we are excited to see our family.I truly believe that you reap what you sow.

This store is famous for mixing expired products with nont expired products. I am done getting home with items purchased and finding one of the same product I just bought and out two or 3 it's expired. This is ridiculous.

This Publix is my favorite location. Sometimes I drive out of my way to go there instead of one that's closer. The staff is all very friendly and the store is clean. I order subs all the time and they are always on time.

The worst Publix in the Ormond Beach Florida area. When they have a sale on certain products they actually pull the products competition from the shelves. Only to sell their sale product. Even when the items are not a sale item they practice this injustice. They do it all the time. Most recent they pulled Dasani water from the shelves to sell the Zephyr Hills water 3 for $10: we had no choice but to purchase it. The next day Dasani was back on the shelves. They increase vegan products prices. Where as the same product at other Publix is $1 to $2 dollars less. This store is also very dirty. Never trust a business that has filthy restrooms. Oh one last item...they sell Publix free and clear dish detergent and you can buy as many as you want. But the dish detergent Seventh Generation you can only buy 2 of that product. This store is a ridiculous place. Only if its an emergency do we shop there. I'd rather drive over the bridge to Ormond Beach shores than shop at this place.

We have asked them twice about enforcing mask wearing in the store. We go at 7:00 AM to avoid many people. They say that they are too afraid to enforce protection for everyone including their employees. I am very disappointed in Publix for not doing their part to combat this virus and keep people safe. Their customers and employees deserve better.

An employee is allowed to ridicule an employee in fro t of customers ...then tell a customer to drop it when I said I was right ...it instantly made me mad I said excuse me? I admit I used some choice words manager says I talked to her ..no her a** needs to be written up ...tou dont talked to employees and damn sure dont talk to customers like that and shes may not be a manager but was brought over to fix a problem ...

Just got back from Pubix in Holly Hill. Always great service and people there. As we are in the middle of the coronavirus situation, many things have been completely sold out (that is expected) in a very short amount of time. ALL customers should be fully aware things may be out or very low during this time. I witnessed 2 "customers" (1 in the soda aisle and 1 in the back by the sushi counter/milk area) that had no right to berate 2 different employees about not having wh
