Wish I had known about this place years ago. Bought a Dell XPS 8930 about 6 years and while it performed well over the years I never like all the Dell propriety crap it came with such as Support Assist and Dell backing up my PC to their server - and the inability to use Msoft restorer. Their customer service was a nightmare and every tech I spoke with over the years always contradicted each other. My system recently crashed (which was a blessing) because it led me to RST. From the get go Ron was pretty certain it was the NVME card but he went through a full steam lengthy diagnostic (almost 2 days) and it was the NVME. However, when I got it home I ran into a problem and he fixed it remotely - the problem being (unbeknownst to me) my PC was seeing 2 displays when in fact I only have one. I can only imagine Dell tech support trying to fix this. My PC has never run better or this fast! Essentially, I got a brand new computer for a little over $200.00. Thank you very much Ron. I will certainly use you as a referral. I will be bringing my old Toshiba laptop to him next week.

This place is amazing, came in with a very old pc with some bugs, and left with a faster and better pc with windows 11 pro. Great place would 100% recommend if you have any issues with your computer.

RST gave my older PC a much needed tuneup and suggested a new mouse. It runs WAY faster now, and I can't thank them enough. I feel so much more efficient while I work! Highly recommended.

I'm so glad I found RST Computer Services! My hard drive decided to fail one morning when I had a big project due in a few days. Ron installed a new hard drive and a clean install of Windows the same day. He went above and beyond by cleaning up my machine and making a few improvements to the hardware. Ron and Rebecca are a delight and I hope they stay in Ormond for MANY years to come!

I have a 13 year old laptop and I was starting to be concerned about how much longer the old spinner hard drive was going last. I asked Ron to evaluate the rest of the components to see if it was worth keeping and installing a new SSD for storage. The answer was yes and I am thoroughly satisfied with the results. Boot up and shut down times are now 1/3 of what they were. We decided on a "clean" install with transfer of data only and that was the way to go. No more "bloatware" from an off the shelf computer. I just re-installed the programs that are important to me and everything is working just fine.This is not my first experience with RST Computer Service. Ron built my very first computer about 30 years ago and I have been a customer ever since. He has also been a reliable source to answer questions about products available for various needs and he will give you the straight scoop. No "bloatware" with Ron. I refer all people to RST when I hear they are in need of honest, reliable service for their computer and/or peripherals.

My 10 years long experience with RST computers has been nothing short of wonderful. With offices in Daytona Beach, Orlando, and Ponte Vedra Beach, RST, unlike the others, picks up the phone on the first or second ring. gets directly on your computer and fixes any problems I've ever had. My business relies on Rebecca or Ron to run smoothly and they will come to your home or business on Wednesday mornings if you require hands on problem solving. Spilled liquid on pc keyboard. Everything went dark. Was told by several people, including Ron, there was 1% chance of bringing it back. He, along with a lot of prayers, brought it back. I would recommend RST to anyone with a computer issue of any kind.

Out of the blue my Apple laptop would not receive nor send email. I phoned a company and they agreed to work remotely. Unfortunately, that did not work.I then called RST and was asked to bring it the store. Mr. Downey examined it, asked questions and told me the options. Satisfied with the diagnosis I left. That was late morning. By late afternoon, I was called that the work had been completed and to come and retrieve the computer.... Not only quick, everyone need their computer, but it was repaired the way it was. My email was repaired and he had updated it, cleaned it, all with a smile.I highly recommend RST Computer Services; you will be happy you did because the work was done, and done well.Thank you Don.
