I needed cabinets but had no clue how to measure nor design. AND needed to take my time choosing them. I went to the big box stores but they always seem so busy and rushed me when I wanted to discuss different type of front panels doors. I found this cabinet outlet and Dennis took the time to explain reasons to choose the type of cabinet wood, even down to the Hardware!!! Like no detail too small to care. And he's a straight talker too. I appreciated that. They are the new owners in the process of redoing their showroom so there wasn't a huge display but they had samples and even saved the kitchen design he made on the computer so I can visualize what it'll look like just by showing him a photo and my "slightly" incorrect measurements. He gave me an estimate saving it on file for when I have the budget together. Which won't take long because they're higher quality cabinets than others and less expensive. I'll go back and take a photo of the showroom once they finish moving things around. Awesome customer experience. Only issue was the map got my to wrong place so I hope that gets fixed. But I found it and then ate next door ha!

STAY AWAY ! I had the owner Ron Daniels come to my house to measure and price out a complete kitchen cabinet installation. It was a blank canvas due to water damage. The installation process which should have been 4 days ended up being 2 weeks. They are very unprofessional and the installer was rough with the cabinets. When completed, I ordered standard appliances and once installed, come to find out Ron did not measure properly. I cannot use the dishwasher because he did not measure correctly, the dishwasher door cannot open. Also, he did not measure properly for the nook, one drawer and one cabinet cannot be used because of the stove. He should have included a 3 inch blank per other cabinet dealers. I have asked him numerous times for his liability insurance so I can file a claim and have this corrected but he refuses to give me that. He is very rude, yells at me and says it's my fault. He has come over several times and tried to jerry rig what I have to his liking instead of fixing it properly. He is verbally abusive and unprofessional. After $7,000 I am left with a kitchen that can barely be used.

Cabinet Outlet Store of Volusia CountyWe were referred to The Cabinet Outlet Store of Volusia County by independent contractor Paul Bilow [Paul F Bilow Home Improvement LLC], whose name appears on the purchase order. Paul's expertise in remodeling a recently purchased home built in 1996 is noteworthy. Paul didn't use sub-contractors. He worked solely with Steve, the two of which have personally known and worked together for decades. Steve's primary focus was on gutting out the two bathrooms and doing an exquisite job of designing and installing tiling and personally chosen fixtures. Steve was exceptional in his own right, accomodating and addressing any issues or concerns, and making suggestions that proved insightful. Paul referred us to ProSource for the floor and bathroom tiling. Bob Miller was another excpetional professional that explained everything we could possibly need to consider in making choices, including accent tiles, grout and kitchen backsplash. Paul installed the floor tiling, along the way identifying hidden water problems that had evidently been unaddressed by the previous owners (a relocation home for CarMax employees). Paul had also referred us to Artisan Marble for kitchen and bathroom counter tops. This proved to be another jewel of choice. The workmanship is astounding. Once the flooring was installed, then came the installation of the cabinets. $11,650.00 was paid in two installments, $6,000.00 up front and $5,650.00 upon delivery. From the onset, there were evident problems. One of the drawers wasn't even the correct size. A couple of the doors had angles improperly cut. Poorly sanded edges were supposedly due to the cut of the grain. I should have kept track of every piece of cabinetry that had to be returned and replaced. Paul handled all the replacements, dealing with Ron in multiple instances. Some replacements had glaring problems in themselves and had to be returned! The glaring and persistent, and still existant, problems are the "blotchy" staining of the cabinet doors. Ron Paul Bilow explained that, as with many other businesses, there is a "manufacturing row" of cabinet makers in Alabama. As he explained, employees may switch from one company to another for whatever personal reasons they may have. Paul says he was told that some of the issues were are facing are caused by the pandemic. All of which are simply excuses for poor workmanship. Paul arranged for an on-site visit with himself, Ron and a representative with the company from Orlando. Also in attendance was Steve, who had also purchased cabinets from the same company, out of concern of what he may have to be faced with. Nothing became of the meeting. It was a total waste of time.Paul had also represented himself when he spoke with the president of the manufacturer, expressing his dismay about all the additional work he has had to do to replace cabinets without being financially compensated. Paul told us he estimates his loss of compensation is upwards toward $3,000.00, which is rather disconcerting because he has been referring other customers to this business for quite some time. And here we are stuck. The last contact with Paul Bilow was over two weeks ago when he said he'd be out to replace a couple of the drawer faces in the master bath. The previous replacement was about five shades lighter than the rest. As with all the previous visits, Paul said he wouldn't open the boxes until he came to install so that we could all take note of the workmanship. Haven't heard from Paul since that conversation. Paul is in the process of relocating to Tennessee with a business/family residential compound within the next year or so.

Mr. Flood was so helpful with my drainage problem in my courtyard area. I had become quite frustrated with previous contractors I had contacted when I found this company. Mr. Flood listened to what I wanted and completed the job fulfilling my every request. The workmanship is excellent and I now have a beautifully tiled and safe courtyard. Thank you Mr. Flood and Carlos.
