Approx 3:30pm, 10/06/22Remember when WF set the standard for excellence in customer service? As do I. At this bank I was greeted upon walking up to the only teller as follows: "Nope. I'm helping someone who had to run to their car." Expect a below average customer service experience and pathetic communication skills, -you'll not be disappointed. WF you have camera's, take a look and see if I was addressed offensively. Perhaps you should revisit your old standards of service.

CRIMINALLY UNDERSTAFFED !! McDonald's and Starbucks have more employees just to serve you coffee each morning. Would you make an appointment to get your egg mc muffin every morning?? It's absurd ! Tear this place down and build a REAL bank that offers REAL services and hires actual employees to serve you !! AVOID THIS BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

For real thus us worse how thus branch is working now they don't have any cashiers just 3 people it's Friday I try to cash a check they don't have enough money on large bills people trying open an account but only one person fir can you please try to fix this situation

We all know Wells Fargo is a horrible banking institution to begin with. In addition, this specific location is the worst one on planet earth. The drive thru ATM is literally always broken. I’m sure an actual b a n k should have enough money to just replace the faulty atm. I’ve heard of many friends having issues with the from atm as well, stealing money. I’m calling corporate today, this so insane, and shameful. Literally shame on you.

Drive thru service took 35 minutes today (typical Fri wait time) with only 2 cars in my lane during lunch hour so unless you have an hour lunch break to throw away, then go to this branch on a different day/time. I don't believe it's the teller's fault. I assume WF short staffs their branches because it looks good on paper but doesn't work in real life.
