“Was looking for an alignment and a decent shop to go to that was willing to try my lowered S4. Talked to Luis on the phone and his customer service is incredible. I end up going to see them only 30 minutes later and with no hiccups at all, I’ve got my car aligned and paid for at an incredibly honest price and was back on the road in 45 minutes. Anytime I need anything around tires and wheels I will absolutely give my business to Luis 10/10.”
“I got new tires on my truck today. The lug nuts were stuck on. It took them a HR to get it off but they didn't give up. They also fixed it for me. Very calm mellow people work there.”
“Stand up business with a refreshing amount of integrity. Interesting set up and business model, but he knows his stuff, and great person to do work with. He tried to fix my wheel for me, but sadly it’s not fixable by anybody, and has to be replaced. He offered to refund me without me even asking.”
“The technicians were very professional, very knowledgeable and took care of me very
quickly. It was kind of traumatic for me when I found out I had nails in two tires, but they took care of it and I felt so much better. I’d tell everybody to go there because it’s excellent and they do excellent work and I have a very rockin Porsche and I trusted them with it and they did an excellent job! Kudos Discount Tire!”
