Worst Customer Service Experience By Far. The Older Hispanic Lady with glasses in her 40’s is miserable I don’t know why she even comes to work. She has no desire to help anyone rent a car. Very unhelpful and she is quick to turn people away

Shoutout to Ivonne who helped me out renting an awesome car from Toyota of Hollywood Rent-A-Car! She helped make my birthday celebration feel special because of the rate quoted and she explained EVERYTHING. That's how business should be; no secrets and everything upfront. She's an informative and kind sales representative and very professional. I'll be picking up the car soon and hope the experience is just as delightful in person, as it was over the phone.

Small rental company, all cars are Toyotas, unlimited mileage within the state. I found them to be reasonably priced and the chargers were exactly what they said, they also returned my security deposit after 7 days and that was the minimum time I was told it could take. Very pleasant experience I couldn't be happier.

I rented an economy car on Dec. 15-16, 2017. 441 Auto Rental was fantastic. The car was clean and in perfect condition. The location near Union Square is wonderful. They are open 24/7 which was very helpful for me. They also provide free overnight parking in their garage so you can avoid paying for parking at night when not using the car. This saved a huge amount on Davie commercial parking fees. All of the staff, from the front desk to the pickup/drop off and all the garage staff, were friendly, courteous and helpful, I will always 441 Auto Rental in the future.

Top notch customer service!! All of the associates were so friendly and helpful. After a different place screwed up our reservation on the holiday weekend we were so lucky to find this place. They didn't mind that we called 5x with all these questions, check out was fast and easy and they even accommodated our request for an after hours return! Best of all--they rent toyotas! Rent from here, you won't regret it.
