I'm new to the neighborhood &I visited a few convenience stores in the area and I could honestly say this store is operated magnificently!!! They have great customer service top notch communication skills. It's such a positive environment. I greatly appreciate the teamwork between the manager and employees... I suffer with severe mental health issues and honestly speaking when I'm inside of this store it feels like a safe place!!! My daughter and I became regulars at the store due to outstanding experience

Has to be one of the worst 7/11 stores I've ever experienced on multiple times.
Thugish attitudes Mixed with just the right amount of ignorance... Great example on how not to run a convenience store... The brainiac employees are going up for brain cell of the year awards...

Well, it seems when the manager gets into a mood, she doesn't want to do anything, including make a sale. She will give you a flat no when you attempt to purchase a food item with cash. These people have elevated laziness to a marriage of laziness and moronic behavior. Telling paying customers no, because you don't feel like it, that's just laughable. At least, I will be laughing when I call the investors involved in the store and from a marketing standpoint, just how fast I can spread the word about how they don't need paying customers, maybe they are doing something more illicit in that store and that's why paying customers should be chased off. If the store is really legit, then they should look at the extreme volume of damage that bad employees commit to. Bad employees keep good paying customers out, and only cater to their own deadbeat friends, doing so, retail is theft. Again, using marketing as a tool, I can get this out there far and wide. Is this store a true representation of 7-11, no, I do not believe so. I believe this store hires cheap employees to keep a meager profit, rather than bringing in decent customers to make a major profit, they would much rather have the cheap employees that bring their friends and families to steal profits from the store in the form of free handouts. But, they want cheap. And cheap like that will screw you every time.

If you ask the store workers if you can get a small amount of cash back. They usually claim the store does not have money. I do not understand how a store can offer cash back service and not allow a customer to use that service or think it’s okay to tell a customer that the store/management does not have money in the store. After handing a customer before me change for there payment.

It’s CLOSED passed 10pm. Don’t come here it’s a waste of time! Moved near this 7-Eleven 4 months ago and it’s always closed past 10pm with a be back in 5 min paper. The staff puts up a paper saying be back in 5 minutes or sometimes a hand written, paper saying system down. Im no longer doing any pick ups or deliveries for this 7-Eleven.
One last thing!!, Lol If your in the mood to argue/ feel like arguing come to this location at 6am in morning you could see the morning main attraction aka the dark skinned lady/creature with an attitude that works the register sitting in her car yelling at everyone walking up Im not open yet..
P.s check expiration dates on everything. Most of the things are expired!

Absolutely TERRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE PERFORMANCE. Decided to order some stuff thru them online. They mixed up the most simplest items on the order have absolutely 0 commutation nor phone answering as I tried to get in contact but got 0 response!THE WORST! THE WORST! THE WORST!
