ALERT: I went to get gas at 7-Eleven on 3/4/2025 in between 7:40am – 7:50am pump #8. I walked into the store and pre-pay gas for $55.00. I pump gas for about $50.00. Normally other gas station whatever amount of money that is not used gets refund back to the card. Unfortunately, this gas station did not refund the difference and charge me the full $55.00. I tried calling the store directly to speak to a supervisor/manager to discuss the matter however no answer. I am not sure what’s going on however I’m pretty sure I am not the first and certainly not the last who has experience this. I am only here to share my personal experience at this establishment and make other consumer to be aware and alert.

Whoever the attendant was on November 24th,2024 has horrible customer service. She was so rude and disrespectful. I honestly can’t believe this lady was cursing me out because I asked about her sending a completely different item than what I ordered. I’ve never experienced this type of service. I’m appalled and this lady should be no where near customers. She has a terrible attitude.

it was 9:50pm (so, not a shift change) and he wouldn’t take $40 of my cash so I could fill up my car. I didn’t have card on me so I had to go to a different station on an empty tank, all because he said they didn’t take cash when he literally took cash from the lady that was in front of me in line.

Car wash is always down. What’s the point of having a car wash if it’s always out of service

I got a car wash here and it was terrible. There was no soap and it did not come close to cleaning my car at all. Asked the cashier inside if I could run it through the wash again and he refused. Asked him to come out to take a look at how poorly my car was washed and he also refused. He didn’t seem to care at all. Don’t come here!

The worst customer service! Purchased milk and asked employee to put it in a bag . He said I should do that. Whenever I went into that store previously they don’t greet you, no thank you. Today was definitely the last time I contributed for this store

I’ve been to some pretty bad 7-11s in the past but this one, this one takes the #1 spot. The store is super dirty very nasty. The customer service skills are nonexistent at the location. The employees are externally rude. There are 3 employees here, the new girl is at the register alone while the other 2 employees are behind the counter have a personal conversation, the line had 7 people in it that I counted. This location is just horrible all around. Oh by the way they make their own rules and regulations. On certain products You can buy just one because “the manager says so”. I would think twice about it before coming here. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.

Salem i think his name was ? Horrible customer service . I usually stop by the 7-Eleven to pick up my lunch. I went in to pick up a hotdog. I wanted to get sauerkraut topping I asked the gentleman who had plasticware in his hand, and I asked him if I could have one. He was going back-and-forth with another customer until finally giving me the fork. I proceeded to scoop out the sauerkraut from a pack that already looked halfway open. He looked over me and asked me to grab from the old one and that one was a new pack. I said all right then he accuses me of opening the new pack, and I told him I did not open it. He then proceeded to say "whatever you say." I told him I didn't appreciate his customer service and ask him for his name. I wound up, not getting the sauerkraut paid for my food and left.

While visiting this store in Hollywood, I encountered an incident involving one of your employees. The worker accused me of stealing someone else's gas and publicly embarrassed me in front of other customers. I want to clarify that I was pumping gas that I had previously pre-authorized with my own card. Unfortunately, the worker stopped my pump and came out yelling at me without investigating the situation properly.Upon further inquiry, it was discovered that the customer had provided the wrong pump number, leading to the misunderstanding. Instead of taking the time to investigate and ask questions about their own mistake, I was falsely accused of stealing gas and subjected to public shaming. It is disheartening to note that this incident also appeared to be racially motivated, as the other woman involved, who happened to be white, did not receive the same treatment.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action. It is crucial to ensure that your employees are trained to handle such situations with sensitivity, fairness, and professionalism. No customer should be subjected to false accusations or public humiliation.

Rude employee and they don’t accept Apple Pay
