What bad attention I get from this place, the cashiers who serve are totally disrespectful. The one who is serving you in the afternoon is a dark-skinned man and the woman serves you in a very bad way as if they were giving you things for free. The bosses should review this and hire people with better treatment of the public, knowing that there are many tourists in the area.

Horrible customer service. I was today in there at 3:43 pm try to enyoy my vacation stay in a wonderful hotel across the street i just when there to get a few items and a cashier lady tall have the most Horrible attitude very disrespectful she doesn't know any idea how is to respect a customer... for the owner Kipp an eye of your employees they can destroy your business in a second....

Just hope you have a person that knows how to use the register, because I had a woman today that started yelling at me saying "I locked her register" as if I have any control over her register. She just kept on yelling so she could cover up her on lack of knowledge & experience on using the register when trying to redeem points. The manager is of no help, he just looks and says "take it up with Customer Service" & walks away. This is a continuous issue at this particular 7-11, constant problems with counter people, NOT ALL but they have their share of counter people that are very nasty to customers.. Maybe because its usually so busy in this store and being across from the beach, they can't handle the traffic, I don't know, but just read thru these reviews & you tell me ? 7-11 need to finally step in !

They almost never have milk in the coffee machine, never! What could be easier than putting a gallon of milk inside the machine, but they can't do it. But when we ask other employees to do it, they just say they can't, and don't even try to fix it. We're just wasting our time

Terrible customer service from the black lady working there today August 29th by 5pm. I was just asking her for an order I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes and she had a terrible attitude basically yelling at me. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers at all. Terrible customer service

I was there right now, at 10:20 p.m. ET. The cashier with her hair dyed red-orange was rude to everyone. She kept some of my change, too. I will not go back for a couple of months. I hope you retrain her to behave in a civilized manner, or just fire her.
On the other hand, an employee wearing a green T-shirt and big glasses was quiet and respectful.
