In my visit to this location.Today I can tell everybody that this place is the best.The staff was very efficient and held me in.everything that I no , i'm need also helping me to walk through the whole building.Thank you very much for your assistant today... Not.The same opinion about my visit to aventura akumin.In aventura boulevard... There is a big lady working in the front desk.That is not nice.She never understood that I have medicare p p o and phone medicaid , and I h, they charge me a co payment that I was not supposed to pay.I never tried to help and clarify the situation.

Akumin is a clean and welcoming facility. Wait time was over half an hour. Paperwork was not too bad. The technician, Gi, was very kind and efficient. He even remembered me and details about me from my last visit several months ago. The procedure was short and Gi told me everything that I would be experiencing. He also was quick after the MRI to get a copy of the MRI for me.

I had the worst experience at 3800 Johnson St. Hollywood location.
The minute I walked in the ladies at the registration process had no personality at all.Very cut and dry and unprofessional. My tech that did my heart Eco ultrasound was so rude had the worst personality ever. She said take off your bra and shirt immediately when I was called in for the test.I said my bra has no metal do still need to remove it? She responded I said bra off and shirt.When she ask me do you take blood pressure med and I said the name is this one for my heart palpitation.She replied is yes or no. Also she was saying how I wasn't breathing as she requested so I was taking time away from her happy hour.Then she thought she was funny by asking if she should have her Vodka straight up or mix.She should not be working with patients at all. Even though she said she has been doing this for years and claims to be the best. Not at all. So disappointed!!!

Made appointment from a representative calling me from a referral, appointment was 30 min from call so I took it. Walked in right in time filled out a a quick form, then went to sit down and was called right in, even with a waiting room full of people. The technician was awesome, caring and professional. I was in and out in under 25 minutes. Everything from the call for appointment to leaving office was under an hour.

Went for a CT scan. Encountered the most relaxing environment possible. The professionalism was beyond the Stars and the Staff was exceptional, courteous, and made the entire experience so magnificent until I could go back just to endure the company. The technician, who administered the Contrast into me knew his job and I didn’t feel any discomfort. He was amazing to chat with and I do believe the experience has led to another future friendship as I also left him with my business cards. Great Staff, including the Receptionist and other employees. Great Cast!!!

Angie has been doing my mammograms for the last three times I've been there and she is excellent. She has a professional courtesy that is rare and unique. She has made this a wonderful experience for me 🙂 she's been gentle and took away all my fear and doubt. She should be valued as an excellent part of a wonderful team!

Very nice facility. Clean and welcoming. Barry (Technologist) was amazing. Kendra at the front desk was lovely, and verified that all of my documents were present. Thank you for the ease of going through what others might consider a not so great experience.
