The service was great and they were super nice and the car is super cute im glad I bought this car from them, and the price wasn't that bad we got it for $200 and it comes with a remote control and a charger for the car.

My father-in-law purchased a red Audi for our 2 year old daughter for her birthday in May. She was very excited! It took us a few days to have the time to put it together and when we finally did, she loved it. Her friend came over and they each "raced" in their cars. She didn't get to use it for a little while because it was either too cold out or too rainy. We tried to use it a few times since then and kept having issues with it dying or not charging. We kept trying to charge it in different outlets, but nothing worked. Seems like it never properly charged the first time we charged it and we were sent a car with a defective battery. My father-in-law has been contacting Americas Toys for the last couple weeks trying to resolve the issue of the car not working. On our end we have a very sad 2 year old who sits in her car and cries because it doesn't work and we have to try to explain to her that grandpa is working on getting her car fixed. We were just informed of the resolution from this company, who does not stand by their very expensive products past 30 days, that the battery was sent to us defective. Are they replacing the battery? No because it is past 30 days. Never mind that we were never able to properly use the car and tried to on numerous occasions. Never mind that it was sent to us defective. Never mind that we have a distraught 2 year old that can't use her birthday present. So my father-in-law had to purchase a new battery on his own dime to make the car work. We are still waiting for the battery to arrive. I would suggest not ordering from this company because clearly after 30 days you are on your own and their customer service is very lacking in my opinion.

DONT PURCHASE!!!I sent an email over a year ago (within the 30 days) stating I had a problem with one of the wheels not spinning properly. NO ANSWER!Now summer is back I found out one of the wheels is not properly built (hole is oval, not round) and they said it's been over 30 days.And BTW, they don't sell spare parts!! So if any piece of it gets damaged (or if you only notice after 30 days), your loss!

Amazing customer service experience with Max. I was looking for a ride on car with parent remote control for my dog. Max answered my questions with patience. Product is of good quality and easy to assemble. Of course there are cheaper options on other websites, but I'll rather pay for the quality and service. They are amazing they deserve it ? and my dog enjoys her ride so much. She doesn't want to get out and even sleeps in the car as I put a cushion for her, so she could sit there with all her 4 legs.

I just wanted to take the time to write another review because these guys deserve it. I bought a BMW motorbike for my son's 3rd bday last year and it was a no brainer for me to come back to buy a combined Xmas present for my daughter and son. This car is safe with great quality! Since Xmas there hasn't been a day they haven't used this (except rainy days of course). Seeing how much joy one toy can bring really fills my heart. Thank you for selling quality products and having excellent customer service. No doubt we'll be back again!

All I can say is WOW!!! I only just ordered my ride on car for my son yesterday and received it just before lunch today. My son loves his new ride and will be the coolest kid around. Highly recommend and most definitely wont be the last time I order from them... Thank you

We ordered a ride on car from this company. FedEx was not careful with the package and one mirror came broken. The company has sent a replacement the same day that's awesome.

DO NOT purchase anything from here bought a car mercedes and it doesn't stay charged it flickers on and off, I asked for a refund back on my card and they said no because I missed the day by returning it by a couple days horrible service!!! Beware please do not support this business!!!
