Beware of AT&T Sales Scams. A Costly Experience
I want to warn others about a terrible experience my family had with an AT&T salesperson named Claudia. She misled my mom into signing up for a phone plan that will financially burden our family for the next three years. Instead of being transparent about costs and contract terms, she took advantage of my mom’s trust and need for a good deal.
It’s incredibly frustrating to see big companies allow unscrupulous sales tactics like this, preying on people who may not fully understand all the fine print. Now, we’re stuck with hidden fees and charges that were never properly explained.
If you're considering switching to AT&T or upgrading your plan, PLEASE double-check everything before signing. Don’t let pushy salespeople trick you into something you don’t need or can’t afford. AT&T needs to do better in holding their representatives accountable for misleading sales tactics.

Unfortunately, I was misled by the seller Claudia Flores. She lacks professionalism and does not fully disclose the details of the deal, resulting in an unmanageable bill later on.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. As many customers, including myself, feel misled and rushed by the service here. It is concerning that AT&T has not yet addressed the actions of certain staff members, particularly Claudia. When visiting this store, customers expect honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately, I did not experience this. I came in to finance a simple iPhone because mine was no longer working. I was told there were special offers, but after purchasing, I realized that the supposed offers were not included. I have been making payments on a debt for $1,835 for years. I believe these incidents should be properly investigated, and I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities after sharing my experience.

At the BJ store there were representatives from AT&T and they made me a deal to change my cell phone and I told them that if we did all the paperwork and the ATT representative told me that they were going to give me $500 for my phone and that I should go deliver it to an ATT store. I delivered it and after two days I received an email saying that they were only going to give me $350. I don't think that's a lack of respect for the customer. They told me $500 when I made the deal and then only $350

This particular store has employees and a manager Josh that is the definition of going above and beyond for there customers the level of patience and the lengths that were gone to to provide me with the best customer service is what this store provides I will not go to any other store location as long as this one is up and running I send out the biggest thanks and appreciation to Josh and other employees at this location
