This is the worst cart mart place to purchase a car I purchase a car last year November Ken was my sales rep and the owner was also aware that I purchase this car with the head light broken they promised me to send the light to my address it’s official one year and I haven’t yet receive that light each time I call and report to there receptionist they told me they can’t do nothing about it the owner is out and he is the one that can help with this situations every single time I called this company it’s always poor customer service overall they lock of communication and don’t care about they customer once they get there down payment and monthly payment that’s is it for them I need my car light asap cause u guy promise me to ship my light one year now poor customer service and don’t care about nothing but there payment all the staff I spoke with telling me the owner will be in the next day each time I called. 6 days of the week it’s the same story owner is not here and he the only person that can help am tired and need my light I never late on payment so I need my light
