I wish my car would have been ready on 03.06.24 since I had to pay one more day of car rental. Besides that service was very good. Leidy kept me informed regarding my service. She tried to help me as much as possible.

DO NOT BUY HERE. Once you buy, they will ignore you completely if you have issues. Very difficult to work with sales and finance after you purchase your vehicle. We had to cancel our gap and extended warranty and it has taken months. First, getting a hold of someone over the phone is almost impossible. No one answers the phone. Not even the main receptionist. Then after my wife went to speak to the finance manager, he was very rude and condescending. Since September and as of today, we have no answers yet on removing our gap and extended warranty. After my initial purchase, i went back to sale my other car to them. After an hour and a half they told me they would not be able to give me a price for my vehicle because of systems errors. They needed to call me back within 24 hours. Well, after multiple attempts of calling them back and not been able to get through or even a call back from the manager, after 2 weeks i had to go back to the dealership to get my price. Parts and service is another joke. They do not have parts available for warranty claims. It took 3 months to get a warranty part for our new car and they never called us with an update. We were the ones calling to ask for updates. THEY WILL IGNORE YOU after you purchase.Follow up on the above: 12/12/2023I still haven't heard from anyone in finance about the removal of my GAP and Extended warranty. This process started on Sep14 and 3 months later i have no update on this. Honda did reply to my post but as you can see, they didn't even acknowledge or offer to follow up with me or call me. Terrible service

I bought my Chrysler Pacifica at AutoNation Hollywood As a 2.7 -year-old vehicle . They said it went through a rigorous inspection oil and all filters are changed brakes serviced..etcThey didn't do any maintenance on the vehicle at all. A whole bunch of crooks. Luckily I changed the oil 6.5 quart oil came down instead of 5.Qt. it was like water,who knows he many miles since the last oil change.That means theyi toped the oil off a little, air filter original from 2020. Cabin filter desgusting. Brakpads 5 millimeter.STAY AWAY from AUTO NATION Hollywood!!!!

Upon arriving at appointment time I was greeted quickly and kindly. I was given information about what my car needed and given the cost upfront. While waiting the lobby provided great snacks and refreshments and had a relaxing vibe. There is also a great window that lets you see the work being done on other cars. After the wait my advisor notified me that my car was ready and the check out was even quicker. Valet pulled up my car and it was swift as well. Overall great time at this dealership. I received a thorough car inspection report as well so I will be back. Thank you

Great team! You'll feel like family here! They actually care about you and your car. I've had bad experiences at another dealership where I originally purchased my car and I wish I switched sooner. It's crazy to say, but I never had the other dealership to open the hood of my car on arrival and be able to show me some issues I may be experiencing with my car. Things I was concerned about and was told previously not to worry or was pushed aside. My advisor was being trained by Carlos, I wish I remembered the advisor's name. He was very nice and down to earth. This is my forever place now!

René was so helpful, he helped me get approved when I didn’t think I could. Helped me get a good price for my trade in and I left in my dream car. 100% would recommend to family and friends, great personality I wouldn’t pick anybody else other than Rene to go and buy a car

Matthew the assistant service manager was very pleasant and professional with explaining all the details about the service needed for my vehicle. He also kept me up to date with every step, and Matthew is the only one that ever offers me car washes which I didn't even know about since I've been getting my car serviced at that location. Overall Excellent service?
