It's 8:02 am and the store is still closed! I've watched at least 9 people come and go since 7:30am. I'm leaving now too 10 customers gone!

Ordered parts over the phone, they charged me and told me to come to pick it up 2 days later on Friday 11:00 am. Came today on Friday and they told me that it was cancelled yesterday because it's out of stock. Though if they would tell me right away when they found out it is out of stock, I would order from different seller. I already scheduled an service appt today for changing. When I asked the manager of the store Alvarez why I wasn't told right away, he just said that it's out of stock, let me get you refund. That's all. I don't understand how people can be so irresponsible. Don't want to have business with that store anymore

Great knowledge staff! But this location needs way more employees especially on the weekends!!! It takes forever to get advice or check out on a Saturday or Sunday.

My experience at this store was out-standing, Natalie was a huge help when I was trying to find the right parts for my car and even recommended proper parts to ensure I was getting good quality which helped a lot so she assisted me greatly and even helped in diagnosing some other issues I had with my car while I was in the store

Out of all my years of customer service. The manger ladie needs to be train way better on her customer service skills. They don't seem like they want to help anyone. I ask about the oil special and she just say you can scan that sign. So as she starts to walk away. I ask do you know any oil special she says it's pretty much everything. She seems like she really hates her job or just helping customers period. When a customer walks in your suppose to drop 30/30 great the guest within 30 seconds of walking in. And ask 30 seconds on how you can help them. When they say they need a oil change. Ask for year,make,and model and suggeste the deals you have. Then your suppose to walk the guest and pick there items up and suggest oil treatment and additives to up the sale. Great the guest with a smile. Not with a angry face. Leave your problems at home . Do not bring those attuides to work to take it out on guest. I should come here to train all the employees here . To promote outstanding service to guest .

Today I visited this Auto Zone store and both Lisha and Diand were fenomenal. These ladies went out of their way to help me buying the best windshields wipers for my car and Diand even removed the old ones and changed the new ones, front and back. Excellent attitude and great customer service
1to 10, I grade you both 15.
