Employee Julio c refuse to look up my part and walked away saying he not going to . I Don't recommend this store you will be discriminated against by Julio and other employees that let him talk to customers very rude and disrespectful in Spanish . I tried reporting him to the store manager Rafael but he didn't care to listen to me . Please make sure he don't make another customer feel how he make me feel today .

Rude and helpless employees and manager. There were 3 employees and a customer arguing LOUDLY in Spanish while I'm waiting in line to be assisted.I finally had to give up waiting, after asking for assistance and being told to hang on. It doesn't take 3 employees to settle a dispute, especially while a customer is waiting, and ESPECIALLY when an O'Reilly's and an Advance Auto is literally 1/2 mile up the street.I'm NOT interested in contacting your customer support email. I'm interested in YOUR UPPER MANAGEMENT getting this store's act together.

I used to come to this place for all my car parts. But since they hired a manager, that feels he can disrespect customers and its allowed.. im not interested in going back and neither should you. If you have management discriminating customers, well that tells me we no longer share the same values! I took my business elsewhere and you should too! I was discriminated and disrespected because of my clothing in 2023! What will you be discriminated about when you go?!!! O'Reilly is right up the street and treat customers the right way!

I went to the auto zone located at 1513 n state road hollywood fl. I have been going here for years and so has my father. I have never felt so discriminated against. There is an older gentleman by the name of julio. I went there a few months ago and was waiting in line. The customer julio was tending to finished hid transaction and left. I was the only one standing there. I approached Julios register and placed my items on the counter. Julio proceeded to answer his phone and start talking to his wife. It was In spanish and I am cuban and understood every word. It was not an emergency call, but I waited for him to finish his personal call but it was taking long. I saw someone else at another register and asked if they could help me because I've been standing there for about 5 mins or so waiting for him to finish. He saw that I asked someone else to help and immediately became loud saying that I was just standing there not saying or doing anything. The other team member told him in spanish to hang up the phone and she tended to me and was polite and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Today I attempted to go there again to have my battery recharged. I saw him and knew right off the bat he was going to give me a hard time. At this time there were about 4 other team members not tending to anyone. I have several back issues and asked if someone could please help bring my battery in. He right off the bat said he had no one. So I asked..out of all the other 4 team members not one can help me and he straight up said no. I got so heated and had to run out of there to not cause a scene. Same thing happened a few months back when I went to buy this same battery..where he refused to help me with it. I am a gay woman and I work on my own car..I'm beginning to think..in fact I have a strong belief he is homophobic. He seems nice and polite with everyone else but every time I go in it's a problem dealing with him. I have placed a complaint with the regional office and I will never be going there again. If nothing is resolved with this guy I will seek legal advise.

Julio C was very helpful and kind when I called. He ordered the item I needed right away and helped me with everything, no problem. I had a great experience and will come to this store again.

Today September 11, 2023 I went to the store located on 441 in the CITY OF HOLLYWOOD. Trying to find the item that I needed and without any luck, I asked one of the employees, whose name is “Julio”. That employee, indicated to me, without any respect the section where I could find the part that I was looking for. I most mention that a few minutes before I approached him, he was arguing with two different customers as well.After I located the parts that I needed, I had to go to my vehicle to make some measurements to make sure that I was getting the right product, of course I did not leave the store with the product in my hands. Some reason the alarm went off when I was leaving. I went back and this person Julio yelled at me in front of every customer in the store and commanded me that I had to leave on the counter, all my personal belongings, including my wallet, car, keys, belt I had no problems, leaving anything but I was not gonna leave my wallet with my credit cards and some cash. I even showed this person that I did not have store item in any of my pockets. Also, there was a sheriff from the county standing online, and he was able to see that I everything out of my pockets. After I repeated myself that I was not going to leave my wallet on the store counter, this person, “Julio” continued being disrespectful to me. I decided to leave the store without buying anything at all.I have visited this specific store many times before and never had any problems with any of the employees. This person “Julio”, has no manners, is very rude, is not polite and has no respect towards the customers. He should not be working in a place dealing with humans.

Erwin Pardo was AMAZING!!!! My car battery was damaged. He explained all my option and helped me choose the best one for me. recommend him and his store a 1000%!!! This is my go to store from now on.

They have really poor service. I went to buy a battery and they had 3 people on staff and they said they were understaffed to change my battery. So they handed me the tools to change it myself which is ok but don't lie to me saying you're under staffed. Then installed the battery and it was acting funny. I asked to please verify if i i fact did buy the correct battery and they claimed the system was down. They didn't even have the curtesy to check the problem I was talking to them about. All other locations they installed for me and made sure it worked properly. Now I have to take it to a mechanic to see if it's the correct battery.

Went to check my alternator dude had an attitude from the beginning. Checks alternator, that I just purchased a month ago and says “your starter is no good” lmao then “your battery and alternator is no good” newly purchased yellow top optima by the way but that wasn’t it. Went to another autozone oh we need to replace the alternator. This guy wanted me to buy a new battery and starter but I knew better.

I was at the store and they had 4 people in the front. Nobody said hi or anything. They kept on talking to themselves for about two minutes I then call the store and they ignored the phone for about two minutes. Finally they answered and I said I was right in front of him. I was very disappointed. Will never come back. And I understand Spanish very well and the cursing was out of hand.

I walked right in and was helped right away! Erwin P was diligent, kind and very knowledgeable. I was in the store for about 5 min max. Definitely different from my neighborhood Auto Zone!

Came here and had my battery tested. Unfortunately, this location did not have my size battery so the gentleman called another location that did have it. He said i can go over there and get my battery taken care of. I felt relief knowing I’d be going to get it fixed. Upon my arrival at the second AutoZone the gentleman refused to change my battery stating “we don’t change batteries that aren’t in the center of the vehicle and the other guy knows that”. I was extremely frustrated that i was misled and told to go to another location to only be denied a service that their website says they offer.
