Terrible customer service, one teller on site.Teller sat there having a private conversations while 6-7 of us stood in line and waited.Teller then caught an attitude when it was my turn at the window.Followed by filling a survey for the poor experience and then being harrased by phone calls, text messages and emails saying they cant reach me for feedback when i just got off the phone with them.AVOID at all cost doing business here.

I've been exclusively using this location to handle my BOA needs. The ladies in this office are very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Carla has been my go to girl every-time I have a question. 10/10

I called about a stolen card being used at their ATM and was told this is bank of America not chase....I get that but I can use my pnc card on a bank of America ATM. Woman refused to give me a manager and said they were out to lunch at 1:35pm. I live 3 hours away from this location do I have to notify the news..

Always the same. 30. To 40 min wait in line to get service.. fake smiles all around.. why have 1 person working in front... With 10 people inline . The same every time.

Well the bank just reopened and there are about 10 employees in here. Most of them are trying to sell you something or trying to get you to sign up for Merrill Lynch. If you need something notarized, they only have 1 out of the 10 employees working able to notarize things. Just so everyone knows it takes $75 and a couple hours to obtain your Notary stamp. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Generally, all Bank of America branches have extremely low ratings. Unfriendly, not helping, long lines ....this branch is one of the worse.

I went to two other branches who refused to cash my check using my MMJ card as an ID as I left my license at home. Despite having an account with BOA and the fact it’s a state issued government ID just like a concealed permit (which BOA will accept). Martha helped me get my check cashed minutes before closing. She was extremely helpful which was unexpected after what had transpired just before at the other branches.

Bank of America is horrible in general at customer care and this particular branch is honestly terrible. Andrea is in the front, whom lacks even basic customer service skills. This is the reason I choose to bank elsewhere. Bank of America should train their employees better and be more careful to not hire incompetent workers.
