We came in to open new accounts and weren't able to do so. As a matter of fact we left the location after waiting for more than 20 minutes. There's an absolute lack of any resemblance of customer service. Will never step my foot to any Bank of America ever. Oh, and Jenny is rude and useless victim of ADHD. She couldn't even complete a sentence before switching her bird like attention and walking away.

Usually, people only write bank reviews when they're annoyed or in a hurry. But I just had to share my recent experience. The local branch had been closed for a while, so I was surprised to see it open again. I popped in just before they were about to close, needing urgent help and not really expecting much since I was flying out the next day. But they were amazing – they booked me in for an appointment straight away, no fuss. The whole team was super helpful and friendly, especially Lanny, who was fantastic. It was such a refreshing experience.

I didn't get what I asked for. Today I lost my credit card and wanted to block it as soon as possible so that no one could use it. This type of card could not be blocked through the application, and since I was near the bank's office, I decided that they would help me there faster than calling the support service, besides, it was written in the application that you can block this type of card at the bank's office, or by contacting the support service. But I was disappointed, the bank employee I met and explained my problem said that they were not doing this and I needed to call the support service. It's very strange for me that they didn't help me at the bank's office or I met an incompetent employee. I am disappointed with the service.

One of the best Bank of America I've been to.Diego is a great guy! Really helpful and nice. He was really attentive the whole time and giving the best advices and options, he was very patient the whole time, helping every step of the way.I'm very thankful to him and the manager Jenny, making everything easy and with a big smile and great attitude.
