I recently placed an online order and picked it up this afternoon. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I asked the sales associate for two additional bags, I was told no.
I had ordered five candles, intended as gifts for five different individuals—specifically, my child's teachers. I needed five bags in total, and being denied the extra bags put me in a difficult situation, especially given the tight schedule with Christmas just around the corner. I had to make an additional stop at another store to ensure all five gifts had matching bags, which added unnecessary hassle during an already busy time.
It's disappointing that such a small request couldn't be accommodated, especially considering the inconvenience it caused.

The products are very good but I put 0⭐️ for customer service at the time of paying I told the cashier that I had several thirsty gifts to give me the bags for each one she said I couldn't, then the manager told me no that I should leave To buy the bags for the dollar, I told him that if I had bought a separate set, they would have given them to me like they do when you only buy one product.
