BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.

I had a wonderful experience at the BBQ Depot thanks to Johnny! He provided outstanding service when I went to fill up my propane tanks. Johnny was incredibly polite, attentive, and went above and beyond by helping me carry the tanks and loading them into my car. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process quick and easy. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days — thank you, Johnny, for making my visit such a positive one! I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service.

Great place for bbq / patio heater accessories and spare parts. Their service rep guided me to the correct spare part for my patio heater. Reasonable and fast.

The starter on my Weber BBQ pit was not working. I described the symptoms to the store rep and they suggested the part needed (starter kit), told me the steps to take to install\, and they were 100% CORRECT! Alos their price was less than if I purchased the same part(s) from Weber directly.

I highly recommend BBQ Depot for rebuilding your BBQ! I have an old series (Sterling II) TEC BBQ. I have owned this for decades. I have personally rebuilt it myself over the years because I love how it grills. I am no longer able to do this myself and called them on the recommendation of TEC. After making all the arrangements with TK (she was excellent to work with) from BBQ Depot for ordering the required parts, she called when they arrived and scheduled the date for the rebuild. Nathan arrived at the time TK said he would and he immediately went to work. Very professional and knowledgeable and had done the work with incredible efficiency. I was totally impressed and extremely satisfied with his service. I will be telling all my friends about this experience and highly recommend BBQ Depot for their grilling needs. Thank you TK and Nathan for making me a satisfied customer!

After extensive search for our 20+ yo GE Monogram outdoor grill parts, I was extremely satisfied with BBQ Depot’s pricing, free shipping, and happy that these older parts were still available. I ordered cast iron burners, lava rock trays, and grill racks; they worked and fit perfectly. The items arrived quickly and were packaged with care. I would definitely order from them again. I visit BBQ Depot every week to put propane in my Food Truck. They have very professional and friendly staff like the guy who always puts propane in my Food Truck (Jhony) and the prices are the best!

Our older Delta Heat bbq, which we purchased at BBQ Depot, would not ignite. We called for service, and BBQ Depot ordered the parts and sent out Nathan to repair our bbq. He arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and paired our q. He was professional and did a great job. Thank you Nathan and BBQ Depot!
