My battery recently been having issues. I went to 2 different auto parts stores they told me yes indeed the battery is bad. But I have my warranty and receipt from oreilly . So im assuming its covered under warranty. They assured me it is. But then plug it into their machine and say some crappy response no the battery is good. Excuse me but the battery has had me stalled 3 times already. And the associate is giving me an excuse that it could be my alternator well, if it is the alternator then why does the car run perfectly fine with a donor battery but doesnt start with this one? I had someone plug their battery and my car started just fine. So it is indeed the battery and this place is refusing to change it giving me excuse after excuse.
I don't care if my mechanic uses you guys for parts.I'd rather spend more money at advanced auto parts than you guys.I won't be shopping any more ever again.At o'reilly, or even do business with my business account with them.

The place was completely empty, two employees at the front desk, I requested a battery change for my Ford F1 150 truck, the employee who helped me had a horrible attitude, he commented in English to the other employee that there was no way he was going to change the battery. , he responded to me that they did not provide that service that I needed to go to a professional. Totally unpleasant experience and terrible costumer service, employees with no desire to help a customer. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

So happy I live across the street from this tire. Wasn’t even there for 5 minutes and had the friendliest encounter with the staff. Warmest hello when I walked in. Assistant manager behind the counter had a broken leg and still got up to assist me when I was being a little picky about my wiper fluid. Love you guys. Pay them more!
