DO NOT USE THE VISION CENTER HERE!! Not only is Scott rude and unhelpful he proceeded to LOSE my husbands prescription and basically said "oh well" I will NEVER use them again and will definitely be filing a complaint with the store manager and corporate. Total incompetence

Great customer service. I had purchase my eye glasses there and recently I had to fix my lenses and Scott went out of his way to help me. Je was just great. Awesome customer service. Nowadays is really hard to see someone going out of their way to help a client and he did it.

I recently bought a pair of sunglasses at BJ's which I just love! They had a large selection of glasses & each month there is a sale. So I saved money. Claudia was the person who assisted me & was patient while I made my choice. She is very knowledgeable & pleasant. What a lovely woman! She made the whole experience easy & stress free! I will call ahead the next time I return to make sure that she can assist me again!!! Claudia is a great representative for BJ's. Cecilia OShea

My review is for the eye doctor part of the optical store inside BJ's because I decided to get my glasses and contact lenses elsewhere. I do not recommend this place for people who work regular work hours because they have very unique hours during the week. I went there because they were open on a Sunday from 11a to 4:30p. The first eye doctor was very pleasant and the visit was on the schedule time. He was very young and my impression was that he graduated recently. He gave me lenses to try out during the week and I was to return on the following Sunday to get my prescriptions. I had to leave town for work and cancelled that appointment and made another one for 6:30 for the coming Thursday. I left my work in Midtown Miami and after fighting the rush hour traffic on I95 that Thursday I got to the place only to be told that the doctor had left at 5pm. Needless to say I was quite upset, but I needed the prescription so I had to wait until Thursday- again because of the hours of the store and my off work hours couldn't be conciliatory-. I was seen by a different doctor and during my examination he was rudely interrupted twice by a woman- she told me she was his wife- only to ask him if he had replacement for a particular day and to ask him what had happened to a pen that was missing. Yes, an ordinary blue pen missing. That issue could have waited until he was done with the patient. I got my prescription and told the woman about her rude behavior and left the store. And I will never go back. By the way, there is no sink to wash your hands and no area to teach contact lenses removal or placement. While I was waiting the first time with my eyes dilated I saw the receptionist, who is also the assistant who does the machine eye exams, trying to teach an young teenager how to remove her lenses using a counter area without any privacy, facing everyone leaving BJ's.

The customer service and safisfaction is AMAZING with this staff, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a very decent selection of frames to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable for everything. I was going to Walmart Optical for several years before this and they were OK, but I am SO happy I decided to switch over. I will not go anywhere else from here on out solely because of how personable, professional, and helpful the ENTIRE staff is. Thank you!!!

Always shop here, happy with the meats. But had to throw out the fresh fish filets, they were not fresh, smelled and slimy. Not good!
