This store always has exactly what I need and want. I have only had one bad experience and it was not the fault of the store ..it was a problem with the bjs app. The problem was resolved by the next day and lil was ok after that. This happened on 2/19/24. I got an extra 10 dollars from the main office for my troubles.

I have been bjs customer for years and never been treated so badly by a lady in the deli department that yelled at me saying I was not next in line and that I cut in line and then even the lady behind me told her that I was going before her. The deli lady was so rude even though the lady that was behind me told her I was next. She kept ignoring me and asking the other lady what she wanted. Then I told her I had no need to lie and she kept yelling and told the lady that was cutting cheese to switch and helped me.. Very rude the lady at deli,and I did not even get her name.

I am giving up on my BJ s membership, it is not worth the money ( sales item are NEVER in stock , manager mentioned, the advertisement is done a long time prior to delivery ??, for many years , the same items ??!And even worse , you don’t know going to an PETCO store ( Customers bringing Birds, nonsense Dogs , a services dog is trained and never will leave the Owners side or will get touch by any other person!So thank you , don’t waste your money on me his membership!

PLEASE HELP!!! THIS LOCATION NEEDS FLATBED CARTS ASAP!!!I am a customer who spends between $15,000.00 and $25,000.00 dollars per month at this location on products... Flatbed carts are being used in store for storage of products to be picked up... I specifically asked a manager if I could use a flatbed cart so I could shop for the $6,000.00 list that I had and was told no. There were 6 carts being used just to store products. A pallet could have been used. 1 employee was trying to help. The manager told him no. I can provide names, pictures and video of all things mentioned....I have spoken with many individuals and haven't received any solid answers or solutions to this issue... I have said I'm going to write a review and contact corporate and was told "go ahead"... people keep stealing them.... This is not very professional and helpful to any customers... I would like to finish by saying most of the employees are professional, friendly and helpful.

It's sad the service has deteriorated enormously. I've always been with Costco but I liked the idea of BJ's opening early, they use an obsolete coupon system. I hope they improve service, they only have one guy to refill the propane cylinders. I will keep coming back as I see you will improve I can change the score

This location is hit or miss - a lot of products are always sold out. Staff is not engaged, store can be dirty at times, but hey better prices

This is my third time using curbside pickup and all pickup parking spaces are taken by inconsiderate people that aren’t using the curbside service. BJ’s does not do anything to enforce these spaces for curbside customers. I have had my order taken before by someone else because of this too.

B j s is great..although be cautious of the rotisserie chicken..when I got home it was bloody..thats un called for! People are gonna get sick you serving half raw rotisserie chicken..please be mindful in buying these chickens..

If I could rate this store zero Stars I would. I'm talking about the BJ store in oakwood in Hollywood Florida they don't have a food court they don't have a tire center they don't have a pharmacy they don't have a gas station every time you go in there to pick something up they're always out of stock. Now today I went in there to pick up a couple of rotisserie chickens and the whole back part of the store where they cooked her rotisserie chickens was closed the oven was off and there was nothing on the shelves they gave the excuse to supply or drop the ball. This is got to be the worst store if not in the county or the state probably the worst store in the nation people there are not willing to help you and you try to ask a question and they run in the opposite direction I don't know why they keep that store open. Most of the time when I go there half the stuff I need is never in stock and people can't even tell you when it'll be back in stock. Again I've been through a lot of wholesale clubs Costco Sam's club etc I've even been to other BJ's wholesale clubs this ranks as the worst one in the nation.

I went to members' service to return a honeydew. I purchased about a week and a half that was not good after cutting it a few days after purchasing.After waiting patiently for her to finish with one customer. I gave her my Bjs card. I didn't have the receipt, and the customer service representative at the counter made it a problem. She asked me if I had the app so she could get the code since I didn't have the receipt. If I don't have the app, she has to look it up. Why is that an issue now.The kicker was that I put my hand out to get my gift card, and she placed it down on the counter rather than handing it to me. I guess next time, I'll keep my receipt with the intention of having to return spoiled produce because I like to keep returning items and wasting time. Usually, customer service is helpful, not annoyed they have to look up a code. The previous customer she was helping became annoyed with her also because she was taking so long to help her renew her card.There was another person standing there doing nothing, just looking. She said her computer doesn't work. This occurred at Oakwood Plaza at approximately 9:32am.
