My girlfriends mom wanted to buy a car for her daugther so we came here. When we arrived we were helped by the Branch Manager "MARAWAN HASSAN." Our first day experience with him was good. He said he just got back from vacation and we were satisfied. Time passed, but we received no call or email to continue the process. So, I went to see him personally and he said the reason he didnt call its becasue he was in vacation or PTO he he went again days after coming back? After I went there personally he said he will assit us and give us a call the next day. He called the next day and said HE WONT help us even tough and it was approved, due to my girlfriends mom not having a driver license when by law it is completely legal to purchase a car without a driver's license and have a different authorized driver listed in the car insurance. In this case she was buying a car for her daugther, who is a student in college. After we told him this he said he will help us. Its been two weeks and we WROTE to him several emails and NO RESPONSE, we called and he blocked our #. As of this day Mr. HASSAN never helped us or even responded to any EMAIL OR CALLED. Very unprofessional and unethical first not wanting to help then saying he will help, then completely disappear after he ran the credit which was in the 700s and no debt. If we go to another bank it will show he ran the credit plus all the time that already passedAt the end my girlfriends mom just wanted to help her daughter in college yo buy a car to go school. Very unprofessional from the Branch Manager, MARAWAN HASSAN.I would like to speak to the reginal/ District Manager about this.

I do have to rate below ZERO to some new employees that Hollywood Branch has. Horrible, Unprofessional, Unethical. Your new employees are bias’s..choose who’s to help! Well I should not be mad!? Human Resources should be fired IMMEDIATELY…poor judgment. If you can run away from them just do it!I hope your Chief Executive Officer will be notified.

Deletes your online account if you don't log into it regularly then you have to go through a tedious process to get it set back up again. Only reason we haven't closed our account is, because we have some auto pay bills we don't feel like switching over just yet.

I must say everytime I go to this Hollywood branch everyone is super helpful and polite, especially Sheila and Nakea. I had a little problem over the weekend and they helped me resolve all my issues and followed up to make sure my issues were resolved properly.

The Hollywood Fl bank has to be the worst in everything from the waiting time to customer service. The manager told me that he is doing his job just fine after I pointed out that he had no idea how to treat customers with complaints. No apologies for the extra long wait times in the car service and the teller services, instead he suggested to use computer/apps/atms so as to not have contact with the lack of people services. After banking with them since 96 they didnt even have a picture ID on file! I need to change!!

I would leave zero starts if possible. Wasted my time for almost 6 months on a purchase of a property and lost the low rates before interest rates went up. I was rejected 6 months later based off of information I had provided to them day one. I left multiple calls and emails for the agent each time with minimal to no responses. Twice I had to get other people involved just to get a call back. I had an offer letter from them which is the only reason I stayed in there. I had given up another bank which had already cleared underwriting and my deposit was in (which I lost) as their offer was considerably better rate & fee. The rate I would've paid with the original bank was LOW considering where rates are now. My credit score is over 700 and have perfect payment history. I have over 40 finance partners on different deals and this was by far the worst experience ever. Avoid Brightstar if you can.

Awesome experience! Agents are always there to assist. I recently had fraud on my account and Brightstar notified me immediately and put a lock on my account until I was able to get new accounts set up. Thank you Brightstar.

I went to this branch to open a new account and they told me the waiting time is 1hr.. so they said is better to open the account online.. I tried to open the account twice and it was denied.. so i call the customer service line and they said that they will call me back and never call back.. bad customer service.. im not sure how they got 4 stars..

Friendly, courteous, helpful service. Except for the exceptionally long wait time, once you speak with a representative, it’s a pleasure. This afternoon I had the pleasure of speaking with Martina. She was wonderful and quickly resolved all of my many problems and concerns. Her friendly and solicitous attitude made me reassured that all would well taken care of. A+
