I rented a truck one way from Atlanta to Hollywood and picked this location to drop off because Budget said it supported after hours returns. When I showed up at 7pm to return the truck, the door had a notice that said “No after hours returns.” I called the 24 hour number and was told that the only location that has after hours returns is the airport. Fortunately, I live in the area and decided to come back the next day instead. When I arrived, a very arrogant agent told me that they do accept after hours returns for trucks, but not for cars. He mentioned that there was a key drop around the corner of the building, but nowhere was there a sign or any other indication that you could return a truck after hours. I asked where you would park a truck when returning after hours and he said “good luck”. He also nonchalantly mentioned that you can’t return trucks at the airport as if I needed an education about their screwed up process. Very bad process, terrible communication and very unhelpful people both at the location and on the customer service number.

I had reserved a Camry at this location. When I arrived there were none available; I was given a very beat up Passat. There were dents and scrapes everywhere; mileage was 55,000 and the seat belt alarm kept going off. However the worst part of the rental was that the brakes were grinding metal on metal and the car was not safe to drive. I exchanged the car at the airport. I will avoid this location in the future. PS - I have rented from Budget many times; this was a unique experience.

The sales representative was very rude. I show up at the location a little earlier first time at that location. I began to ask him a question. I said hi I had a reservations to pick a car up at 9:00 do think they will give it to me at 8:00. He responded I don't know., their know parking at that location so I ask is there anyplace to park because I was waiting for 8:00 thats when the location opened, he responded I don't know. You would've thought he worked there because he didn't know anything. I just left And went to another location and everything when very well. Don't go to that location not very customer service ?.

The check in process was quick & easy. No long waiting for a vehicle. The representative was nice and helpful at the counter. I would definitely book with them again.

Very disappointed you processed with budget if you plan to rent a car you better have good credit they will not rent a car. If you credit it’s not good, but they don’t tell you that on pripr it’s very unfortunate and a waste of time for the customer!! The fruit cake at the front desk was not very nice.. Horrible customer service long story go to enterprise they took care of me now credit checks I am just renting a car not buying..

I always come to this budget the agent Scott is very nice but today the was another agent “ Maria “ one if the rudest person obviously there was a language barrier and the few times I asked to repeat the question she got mad and then said , ma’am are you not feeling good today? I said excuse me . She you keep asking to repeat what I ask ,she wasn’t nice I thought she was vey rude you talk to customers that way
