Went to get my 1 year old a bear for her first birthday. Terrible experience. Not once did the girls working there acknowledge my daughter or interact with her for the 15 mins we were in there. They seemed very disinterested in even working there. Your job is literally to interact with children and just anyone looking to have a good time while in build a bear. Do better.

I had ordered 4 bears online via Uber a few times now, I would say thanks to whoever take time stitching them up good. I would be sure to order more via this location.

The manager Izzy was the best! She was so helpful with an issue we had regarding a birthday gift we got that. Store is so clean and the employees are all very helpful. Going to come back every year for a new gift for our son!

First of all I just wanted to thank the employees at this build a bear. The two ladies who were at the shop yesterday were so kind and understanding that they helped me fix my plush. They are the only reason I would ever buy from build a bear ever again. I had ordered a mocha and milk plush bundle set online about two months ago. When It finally arrived through the mail, I realized Mocha’s face was not sewn on straight, her face was stuck to the left and her chin was lumpy. She also had a small hole on the back of her right arm. The plush was defective, so I called customer service to see if I can get a replacement. The only thing they could do was give me $10 off of my purchase of $79 or return the plush but lose my shipping. They didn’t have any back ups cause mocha was sold out everywhere. The crappy thing was if I return the mocha plush I couldn’t return the dress unless I returned the milk plush as well because it’s a bundle. They sell these items separately but since it’s a bundle they gave me the option of returning mocha only or all of it. So no matter how I looked at it I was technically screwed. The last option was to swap it out for store credit at a physical store. My 90 day return window was almost up so I decided I was gonna exchange my plush at this build a bear. When I showed up there was these two girls working at the shop, I went super early so it wasn’t busy. I was ready to do the exchange but sadden to give up mocha. I asked if there was anyway I could fix her, I was willing to cut off her head and sew it back myself. I just wanted their opinion since I thought maybe they have better sewing experience than me. The employees felt bad and said don’t do that it might not look right. They decided to open the back where the stuffing machine goes in and fix the stuffing that made her head look lumpy. After the lumps were gone, one of the girls pushed her head into place and held it while the other sewed it into place. Mocha actually looks good now as if it never had the defects. I was the only one in the store at the time so they had more time to help me. The thing is though they easily could of dismiss me too and help me do the exchange for store credit. But instead they heard me out, and try to save my plush. They were soo kind and thoughtful. The employees at this bab really are the heart of build a bear.

Such a sweet and helpful girl her customer service was the best and the manager also the best. We love it there and thank you for being so kind! You made our day with my baby’s elephant.

They need to update the time say they open they do not open at 10: 00am or at 11: 00am it's 11: 12am and still not open

Not a good experience whatsoever. The girl seemed uninterested and didn’t even acknowledge my son at all. At least try to make it a special experience… maybe get a different job if you don’t like kids
