It's crazy that on Sunday of Veterans Day weekend they only have 1 stall in use for trying on clothes for the whole store. And inside it looked so dusty I don't think it's been cleaned in a while.
A spill of what looks like water was also in front of the one other stall that was locked. One employee put a sign over it. And 3 more just walked by and neither came back with paper towels or a mop.
And the line to pay was ridiculously long.
This store is a mess.

Saturday 10/5 at about 2pm the line for the cashier was not moving at all. The 3 cashiers were staring blankly into space w/o attending any customers. When I asked for a manager someone said she was a manager and I when I complained about better managing employees she started drinking from a bottle and looking away. Another woman came up saying she was the manager, so the other one was just impersonating her. The latest woman claiming to be the manager said all three cashiers were in training, hence the delay. She was rude, did not apologize for the extremaly bad customer service until I pointed it out, when she sarcastically apologized, did not make any efforts to listen to my concerns and definitely did not take any suggestions which were what most others customer on the line were complaining as well. Save yourself some time, money and effort and DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. WORST EVER!

I just visited this Burlington Location and had a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, poor customer service the security refused to let me use the restroom even though I came in to shop I was just at this location 2 days ago and use the restroom with no issues,The manager on duty didn’t even care to resolve the issue even after seeing that I am heavily pregnant I even offered to show my law enforcement ID.Will be contacting corporate this is definitely discrimination and very unprofessional.
