JOY is not a great person to talk to, she was not helpful at all, she doesn’t have any skills to treat with customers, no smiles, no enthusiasm, no desire to work, always with a bad face. I still coming to this Carter because is the closest one for me. Otherwise I wont come if she still in charge of the store.

It’s ironic that the review before mine was about the hiring manager Isabel. I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels insignificant when speaking to her. I applied here for a job due to the convenience and comfortability of this location. Several times I reached out to her to schedule an interview, it took her two weeks to finally find a spot for me because she wasn’t “planning on doing interviews” every week I reached out…. but I was confused because a sales associate position was posted on their website one week prior? That didn’t make sense. If they really needed the support, they’d be quick on their feet to hire anyone and schedule an interview asap.
• Furthermore, I actually came to this location for the interview and a black lady with shoulder length hair who was AN ASSOCIATE decided to put her unnecessary two cents in referring to my outfit regarding the interview. All I asked was to see Isabel and this lady bombarded me with comments about my outfit that did not concern her; saying my outfit was deemed “inappropriate” and I should learn how to dress appropriately for interviews because “Isabel” may have something to say about it. My outfit wasn’t what I asked her for, I asked her for Isabel and if she had an issue with my outfit than I wanted to hear it from a HER, A MANAGER directly, not an ASSOCIATE. That never concerned her anyway and I suggested she minded her own business.
•Lastly when I sat down with Isabel, her demeanor immediately threw me off. She was sizing me up and down and mugging me the entire time. Her body language and attitude was obvious enough that I wasn’t worthy of scoring a position here.
For two weeks I asked her to take a look at my application and resume and when I was answering her questions, she kept saying “I thought you said..”. Isabel hadn’t bothered to take a look at my application and her entire vibe seemed like she was truly uninterested in hiring me. When I provided her with scheduling options due to schooling, she rudely responded in ways that weren’t accommodating to me as a future employee. Asking me to basically put this entire job over my schooling which wasn’t going to happen. She also mugged me for saying I was unemployed, silently judging me with her facial expressions. Ultimately based on the nosey associate up front and Isabel’s “great poker face”, I denied them the job. For future applicants avoid this location at all costs, this location & business is shady.

I just left Carter’s store on 5131 Sheridan Street, Hollywood. I was assisted by two different representatives. One was very pleasant, sweet and helpful. I didn’t see her name, but I want to make sure to say she was wonderful. HOWEVER the second representative whose name is Isabel, was very very UNPLEASANT. She was very short with me in the way she was speaking, she made it seem like she was doing me a huge favor by helping me with my request. It wasn’t a big request, I just needed to check my gift cards balance, because the online tool wasn’t working. It needed up that mt cards had 0 balance and she had to use three different ways to check it because it didn’t work through swiping or typing in the number. So she called the phone number on the back of the card. And I would be grateful for her help if she didn’t make it all look like such a BOTHER to her! She made me feel like I was a big bother to take her time to help me. I’ll ask next time to be helped by the other lady who was wonderful, won’t allow this particular representative (Isabel) to spoil my day again.

Prices more expensive than Marshall or Ross etc. Great variety of baby clothes. There are premature clothes. Service not very good

The clothing was absolutely adorable and very, very high quality. The associates within the store were so nice and very helpful. I highly recommend Carter's for kids clothes.

Good clothing store for children. A child under 10 years old can be fully dressed; an older child is more difficult, but it’s also worth visiting. There is an online store with delivery or pickup. They periodically send discount coupons and also award bonuses for purchases.

Great selection of children's clothes. Went with friend. No longer have small grandchildren because if I did I would have spent a fortune. Great sales also.

Worst curve side pick up.Waited 15 minutes parked I called the store to be treated rudely & lied to.Associate stated they were busy clearly she missed the part where I can see inside the store & see all the employees standing by the register talking (maybe 4 customers if that where walking around the store) 10 minutes later she comes out with even more attitude I willNEVER order from this place again curb side pick up should be fast & easy not a 25 minute wait time.If you don't like your job quit but treat paying customers correctly!

We stop by 10: 35 am ( schedule on the entrance door for Sunday 10 am ) and one of the cashier came at the door and said her boss decided to open at 11 am . Very disappointed ☹️
