I love chase bank. I use chase more than 15 years, but this location chase bank should be shut down. last couple week I went around 2:30pm, no one can help me to replace my credit card, Today I went there before 5 mins closing time. they said all coworked left already, no one can help me deposit check, but what is mean closed at 5pm of business hour, deposit check only take 2 mins work. and he also don't know how to help me deposit the check. he said only one coworker can do deposit. so is mean he working here only for wait for closed to lock the door. bad bad really bad.

Waited for longer than I care to admit to get seen by someone inside. I could have saved time by driving to my local Chase in Weston where they have more staff.

Overall my experience with Chase is good.... However, 50% of the time that I go to this particular branch... the drive thru ATM is non functional. So, I would have to go inside... but today, even with my Chase card... the door didn't open. Super inconvenient!

Chase is good but this location now sucks.
There are no tellers but you can do a cashiers check via only 1 person thats usually occupied. The drive thru ATM is broken quite frequently.
If you want anything done go to a full service branch.

I needed to take a few minutes to write down my positive experience with the Banker from this branch. SANTIAGO ANGULO, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I appreciate Chase so much more because of the level of customer service I have received today! It started with a call to customer service & ended with my going into this banking center and receiving such an amazing customer experience from Santiago! Heās exactly why I have always loved banking at CHASE! I will write a separate review for JESSA in customer service/collections Department. I believe she was a part of the outsourced customer support team.Santiago greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. I had just left a Chase branch in Pembroke Pines , 710 University Drive. There was such a long line and when I asked one of the reps sitting at a desk behind a partition, to the immediate right of the entrance, she didnāt even bother to get up. When I inquired about opening an account, she directed me to go online and make an appointment for āsometime in February.ā She was polite, but I definitely felt like she could have done better & gave me āitās Friday vibe.ā I get it.Getting back to my experience with Santiago, I had googled the next closest location so it brought me to this semi-staffed branch in Cooper City & Iām so happy I decided to try another branch! After at least an hour, Iām finally on the road home with a huge smile on my face and a goal to be better with my banking. Santiago personalized my experience and made sure I was aware of all that Chase had to offer for my current needs and lifestyle, as well any future goals. I was very impressed at his knowledge and enthusiasm, most importantly, how he went the extra few miles to create the kind of experience that makes a consumer feel valued and respected ! You donāt get that when doing everything online so it was a very warm welcome back to Chase, and Iām so happy that Santiago was my Banker to make it all the more special. Good luck in all your future endeavors Santiago & I know youāll do amazing wherever life brings you!

This is the second chase bank I have been to that doesnāt have any tellers and canāt give you any type of change. I have never heard of a bank that doesnāt give money, they only have an ATM which does no good for someone who needs to get small bills and change for their business.

Worst bank ever! Nothing works! The drive thru ATM stole my money cause that machine is garbage. And when you want to deposit inside guess what they lock the doors. CLOSE DOWN THIS BANK!!!

Great bank and friendly staff, but not having a teller is annoying. You have to drive to the Flamingo or University location to get in person banking help on a lot of things.
