Terrible!! Unethical and Sneaky practice. 7 day grace period isn't 7 days only 5 count and then $1000 fee to get your $ back (even though in the 7 day grace period). Beware

I find that the most common answer to most requests is: Sorry we can't help you I have done business with them for years and have finally got to the point of no more accepting of poor service Also never allow them to manage or guide you in any investments. You don't get the full picture and once committed they do not help. Many say all banks are the same. I am moving on.

Don't bank with citibank. If you have an account with them I would urge you to immediately get your funds out of the bank And move them somewhere else. Someone used my card for fraud transactions. Now 3 weeks after they refused to help....they have frozen my bank account and today makes a week that they have left me without access to my money. How can a bank leave you without access to your money like this? They are going to learn that they should they should stop doing this to people!!!Google about all of the lawsuits that Citibank has had to pay out due to their crooked practices. They are trying to steal from people because they are almost broke. This is due to all of the millions of dollars that they have had to pay out for being dishonest.I will continue to post reviews in every City that they have branches to alert people until they release my funds. Not to mention they need to dispute the fraudulent transactions with visa. For all I know they disputed them and kept the money for themselves. They had to pay out $700 million in a lawsuit where they had taken balances from peoples credit cards and put it into their account and stole from the deceased and the poor.

Worst Bank I have ever seen. I went in to pay off my credit card in cash and they wouldn't take it. Teller said they quit taking cash payments a few months ago. OMG! In all my years I have never seen a BANK! that wouldn't take cash! I am done with them. I paid off my card and cancelled it! I will never do business with this bank again. I can understand why everyone does business online. You can't get service in person anymore!

Every time I go there I end up asking me why I still bank with them? Sylvia, the branch manager, pulls me aside to ask me million of questions why I withdraw money from my account, besides being rude, arrogant and unhelpful. She believes she owns the bank! Customer service sucks. No drive-thru, long lines, not enough parking. A nightmare!

Still the worst Citibank anywhere... Now they have two lines, but only one teller. The drive through has been closed for over a year, and the customer service sucks

Even though I moved all my other banking to Wells Fargo years ago, I still need one monthly transaction with Citibank, so here is yet another negative review about this branch. The lines are long, the service is slow and always rude. Today, a manager left me standing in line for nearly 10 minutes while she had the teller doing her grunt work. Still crappy hours of operation, the drive through is still closed, and the parking still sucks. They should close this branch and put their customers out of their misery.

I stopped in to ask questions about having funds wired. I was helped immediately. Juan Soto prepared and printed out a letter to me explaining the procedure. My home Ciibank is in New York.

I'd give this bank zero stars if possible. Too few people work in the office section, banking reps is what I am referring to. Parking is a nightmare and it's located on a crazy congested corner (federal and Oakland park), customer service response time is a joke. I have no clue why anyone would bank here.

I normally never write reviews, but the service from Juan Soto was simply terrible. The only thing I requested was to have access to my online banking which was blocked for no good reason. Juan spent over an hour on the phone with a colleague and ended up providing me with no solution. I am now stuck without access to my own bank account, that's just plain ridiculous

Second time in a row the drive thru ATM would not accept deposits. Drive thru window had long line. No parking available. Went inside 1 of 2 ATM's out of service. Went on the teller line. One of 2 tellers was busy doing some busy work. Gimme a break. No customer service here. Branch needs some improvement.
