I use to go to this place very often with my daughter. The service is awful the people working there don’t care about you . They have a poor customer service. They don’t value customers and the business we bring to them. They also don’t respect customers by talking always in their native language where nobody understands what they are saying and they laugh and make faces, makes you believe they are talking bad about customers. Its really sad I hope that the owner of this place looks at my message and realizes how many customers they are losing because of the poor customer service.

Do a good a really job. They sit at #4,5,6. #7 will chop you up, and the guys will take a toe. The nail polish colors don't match the swatches. They used to. Now they're filling them with not even similar lacquer. Purple swatch # is matched with creamy white lacquer in the bottle.
Dark reddish burgundy swatch, is matched with light fushia pink lacquer. My lady today tried to skip base and top coat. Not happy. I give these girls a $25 tip for a $70 service every time. MaybeI'll skip this place next month l. #4 and #5 are great, but this is the 3rd time that the colors are way way off, and one of the girls told me to tell her boss because they know about it.

Just recently visited this location again. I was a loyal customer for a long time. This salon has always been very professional. Happy to see they were still providing great service. My nails always look fabulous. I receive compliments all the time. The location also works for me. I can complete my shopping soon after my appointment. Reasonably priced!!

DO NOT COME HERE! Got my nails done the next day 2 nails broke off went back in & they charged me? what a joke. They are cheap , ghetto n do a horrible job Also had 2 dead roaches on the ground. Dirtyyyyyyy

Cleanliness: THIS PLACE IS FILTHY.
The manicure(gell French) was well done, and the manicurist pleasant. Good Value. The manicure station was filled with dust from the small drill used. The machine to harden the gell was discolored, filled with paint (polish) streams and discolored. The nail polish jars were also discolored and filthy.
They offered other services I would use (waxing, eye lashes, etc.), but I won't go back. Shame because it's so close to me.

Rude nail technician time 2 time I chose to get my nails done at this shop when I don’t feel like doing my nails, as beginner I can’t tell which is the professional or not in my nail album, polishing your nail before oiling your cuticles/ or allowing you to wash the dust off your hands . Never ?? going back, I work too hard to be giving away my money like that. Worse manicure everrrrr

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ! The worst full set I ever got in my life ! Was there an hour and a half got the full set on and had them soak it off it was that bad!

Worst pedicure I have ever had. Ask 2/3 times to get it better and nothing happened. Also, the place is extremely dirty!!

Wonderful people Miss Nina is awesome and so is Mr Steven I've gotten my nail done by both of them and I'm always pleased I have been going there for about a year now if not more so that should tell you how much I love this salon

Tired of paying money for a bad manicure. Last week I paid 70 dollars for a manicure and pedicure. They did it terribly. I went to this salon to fix it. Improve the result: the nails are crooked, they did a pedicure terribly! The master refused to tell his name. A very bad experience !!!!

Do not come here unless you want to park at Walmart (it's inside), get super fast REGULAR Mani & Pedi for $47! Like previous comments said... Employees are young and quick to get you in and out. My polish did not come out even, and you can still see parts of my natural nail in spots. On my toes they didn't completely remove all the previous polish or even attempt to paint over it. They use the electric drill file on ALL nails, which damage your own natural nail. No clean up from the messy paint job either.... I'll now have to go to another salon to do a polish change. I'm never coming back!! I'll stick to driving 15 minutes to Sheridan Street to get better service and quality.
