This place is amazing as are the people working there. Nicolas H. the sales consultant was quick on his feet to assist me in what I needed help and information on. My visit was about 20 minutes total considering all my questions. I like that he did not try and sell me EVERYTHING in the store either. Nicolas listened to what I needed and directed me in making the best choices for my xfinity service.

This location is horrible and needs new management and staff all together. I thought xfinity was an all right company . Not after how I was treated the other day . I came in to get a Business line . And was treated with disrespect. The store manager is the worst . No worries I took my business elsewhere.

My issue is more with Xfinity’s phone service than this store. Their phone service barely works in my area. My wife and I were barely able to get internet on our phones when we weren’t connected to wifi. Sometimes, we couldn’t even receive text messages. I went to this store 4 times in one day asking for help because the customer service reps couldn’t help me. The employees here all suggested different solutions that didn’t work. One of them even said that if I pay an additional $10/mo., my phone would get priority connection to the cell towers. Other employees told me that nothing like this exists. They basically agreed that I live in a “dead zone” where there was no internet. After 2 months of having terrible service, I went back to T-Mobile today and it’s amazing.

Unless you have no other option, stay far away from this company. Outages happen more than you can count. Internet disconnects randomly, DAILY. I hope you like to listen to answering services, because that is what you get. Then you'll get disconnected without even speaking to a representative. If u actually do speak to someone, they won't answer your questions, and shut you out instead of helping. Do not use this service if you work from home. IF any warning of an outage is given, it's the day of. Run. Fast.

Will Monfiston is the man, OUTSTANDING customer service! Came in with my mother who doesn't speak any English and this gentlemen was extremely patient with her. We walked out with some awesome devices and saved money on our internet service with his help. Would recommend him to anyone 10/10, thank you Will!

Customer service sucks! Justin (who deals with equipment)have you waiting for over 30 minutes and he doesn't come to you to reassure your wait time! He just have you sitting there looking stupid. if you don't keep asking him or his team won't say anything. Horrible customer service!!!!

No internet from the start : xfinity customer support advised they would have to send a technician . BUT : they failed to advise that a service technician call would cost me an additional $100 . They quietly add it to the bill . Deceptive practice . Next , while I’m signed up for automatic payments and my bill is due on August 28 , they disconnect my account on August 9 . There are no missed payments and automatic payment is in place . Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible , took me about an hour . Eventually they tell me that someone called to disconnect my service : that means they failed to verify if the caller is an actual account holder . Now I’m transferred to a security department , and a rude woman with Indian accent tells me she doesn’t see anything ! I called executive number , where again the issue has not been resolved . Nobody can tell me why is my account closed and my service is stopped .At this point I’m filing a complaint with FCC and department of consumer affairs . And if you have any issues with this provider , I strongly advise you : immediately file a complaint with FCC . Next , run far from this company : you’ll have nothing but a headache if you stick with them .Update : Xfinity cancelled my account , because previous account holder at this address has unpaid balance . It only gets worse and worse . Now they make me responsible for for someone else’s debt .DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR : DON’T GET THEIR SERVICES , GO TO AT@T INSTEAD .

I went to return my equipment, the xfinity employee took the cable box, I offered the cables and all and he told me he didn’t need and I could throw in the trash. Now I keep getting Xfinity calls harassing for the cables. Shame on this lousy company and its lack of consistency.

I put 1 star because I can’t put 0 stars. Worst service I ever experienced. Everyone at the store believe in their own knowledge and tell things which are different for anyone. One guy tells everything will work with one modem and another one says there are some specifics. I came 5 days in a row, spoke with 8 different people at this store and 1) they don’t care 2) they can’t resolve the issue. Few of guys probably high. Other guys scrolling their Instagrams while talking to customer, not even paying attention on what customer’s asking. Plain words won’t show the amount of frustration.

I was so upset with xfinity until I walked into this store today and when I did i was welcomed by cj and explained my concerns and what xfinity mobile did. cj went above and beyond to resolve my issue and would not stop until the issue was fixed.. cj also kept me entertained along the way to ease my stress I'm very much appreciative of his hard work and determination to fix my concerns I also would like to say his Manger and Colleagues Mr will also helped with setting me up with my new phone I'm very much happy and know who to look for if I have anymore concerns good job you guys definitely did your job

I was greeted by Will and was in and out within 10 minutes. Dropped off one box and exchanged for another. There was no line and overall a great experience. It's a Monday afternoon around 3:40.?
