Believe me when I say that Cooper Mail delivers an outstanding level of service that no other mailing service center will ever provide. In fact, no one can compete with the customer service I received at this small business.I brought a package to be expedited to California. It was going to be costly because (1) I'm mailing it from Florida to California and (2) it has to be expedited. The staff helped me reduce the price significantly by helping me find the right box size for the contents. I had brought in a random box I had found, thinking that the size of the box wouldn't matter. However, the staff had my best interest in mind. They tried three different boxes and compared the prices of each to find the lowest price for an expedited package.For context, the package contents were military uniform for my brother-in-law whom needed to attend a funeral. I'm happy to say that it arrived just in time. I felt that Cooper Mail really went above and beyond for my family.Before that, I had previously visited this location to mail small items and the prices are always great.I would give this place an endless amount of stars if I could.

If I could give 6 stars Cooper Mail would get them. I needed passport photos for the kids with very unique requirements. Always a breeze when I need to ship/mail/notarize anything.Joe has me in and out in under 5 minutes every time I go in, and he even stayed late to finish notarizing things for me on a Saturday!Not to mention, his space is always spotless/organized. Will always support small businesses, and this is another great one right in Cooper City!

I have been a repeat customer at Cooper Mail & Biz Center in Cooper City. Joe Segal is the gentleman that owns the place. He is extremely knowledgeable about anything you need. He is so polite and just being there is so comforting knowing he is at the helm. Joe is professional all the way and we won’t go anywhere else for our mail needs. After you meet him you will feel the same. The prices are great!

I highly recommend Cooper Mail & Biz Center. Joe is a great guy, very personable and very helpful. A local small business worth visiting. His pricing for mailboxes is better than any around and he does shipping and other services. This is real competition for UPS Store and it is conveniently located right behind the Pizza Hut on Sheridan. I am very happy with the service I am getting there.

Cooper Mail and Biz Center provides excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable and detail oriented. I needed help with notarizing, scanning and sending documents via FedEx and it was made extremely easy by their expertise.
