I had an extremely poor experience here. The person who was running the location on the day, locked the store down and put up a hand scribbled note that said it would reopen at 4:50 PM. I got there at 4:25 PM and waited until 5:05 PM when the Cricket associate finally returned. During my wait, two customers also waited for a little while but got frustrated and LEFT. When the Cricket associate came back at 5:05, she said she taking a break at the local park because it was a slow day. My purpose for going to this location was to buy a new smartphone as my old one was dying. In theory, data transfer from the old to the new should be somewhat easy but she was having problems doing this. Then she asked what I felt was a very inappropriate question about my disability status - she was seeking to go on SSDI despite being in her early 30s and clearly able to work. I was so glad to finally get everything done and leave.
