I've been going to Crossfit Showdown for a bit over a year now. Tucker keeps the place clean, on schedule, and the workouts are always just the right amount of challenging. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in starting or learning more about Crossfit as the classes & coaches are all very welcoming and will work with you to figure out the perfect approach!

Amazing energy and great coaching. All the members are very friendly and welcoming. You can do check-ins with the coach to track your progress. Recommend all day, every day!

I have been with Showdown for over a year now and I am so happy with the results, the community and the amazing owner/coach, Tucker. I had worked out in a few other gyms and had good results. The difference at Showdown is the welcoming atmosphere and cross section of people at different levels of fitness. Tucker makes everyone feel empowered by showing them modified workouts that are challenging and help build to the next level. I am very happy to be a part of this gym and I couldn’t recommend it enough. South Florida is lucky to have this place. ?

Fantastic box! Great programming and facility. Dropped in while I was on crutches and Tucker (owner/coach) was was so accommodating while also coming up with scaling options seamlessly resulting in two comprehensive and tough workouts. Will definitely be dropping in again while in the area and would highly recommend to anyone dropping in or looking for a CrossFit gym! ?
