I used to stop here all the time and would have a good customer experience ,I dont know what happened to the employees, I know its not.easy to work at a convience store but comeon at least acknowledge me that I am there ,didn't even want to tell me the total or give me a recept .the proce of my 2 drinks should Hve been $640I was charged $758With no answer to why is the.proce not correct andthe 2 female employees today acted like I didn't existThe floor was sticky and counters were dirtyVery disappointedWill not return

I find it ridiculous that your paying customers can't use the restroom because the homeless ppl take possession of the the restroom and the employees do nothing as one put it they have a whole routine they brush each others teeth etc ? really 2 ppl in 1 bathroom the only bathroom available for over 1 hour when you have actual customers waiting for it their was a child waiting to use the bathroom about to cry and guess what the paying customers left without being able to relieve themselves ? I don't care what they do in their but atleast be considerate and don't take 1 hour even when ppl desperately knocking to use it

I don't know if I was being ripped off by the company or the employees. My main question is why when Items are wrung up it doesn't show you what your paying you can only see the total. It's not just here its spreading all over the place am I the only one noticing? Iv seen very large some of the largest companies purposely Mark wrong prices. Also they make it a huge deal if you complain, they make you feel really uncomfortable. I sent an email to the company. I doubt they are going to say we'll yeah we stopped displaying the cost of individual items because it's more profitable. You know why bother making sure the prices are displayed right when people won't know there being overcharged if we don't show item price upon check out. Cumberland Farms do you have a response?!!!. I would really like one or I'm going to makevery public videos about this probably starting with you.

They're never open 24 hours. They're always closed extremely early. Go to wawa, they're better anyway.

Usually go here when I can’t make it out to Costco. I know how to pump gas, so I thought I was going crazy when the pump started spraying gas by itself. This was the last time visiting this location. Never have had this happen. Maybe get the pumps checked more often sure I’m not the only one who experienced this issue that day.

This is my first ever at Cumberland Farms. It's a small gas station/convenience store that offers cold & hot beverages, hot breakfast & lunch sandwiches, pizza slices, hot dogs, snacks, candy, gas, lottery, cigarettes, and many more.The inside of the gas station/convenience store is well organized and clean, and the person behind the counter was nice.

Every time I come in here for the last few weeks, there’s a woman named Samoa that’s working the register. She’s rude, nasty to her customers, and she’s not at all cut out for her job. It’s a tragedy she’s allowed to continue her work there. I just left there and I had to raise my voice to get her attention, as she was much too focused on her phone AT THE REGISTER… someone needs to get their day crew together… smh

I don't know if they got new owners ???? their customer services is horrible! I remember coming into this location every single day and feeling like a second home . Im getting coffee and they're literally telling you only can get three cream and yet they have no sugar!! are they counting coffee cream ? I take eight cream and almost 10 sugar every time I make my coffee.if this is customer service I will no longer be coming to disestablishment and remind you I come Daily because it's close to my employment. In a another occasion I brought scratch offs when I tried to redeem them the next morning and they said they can't right now so you can buy them but not cash them out never again

This is my local gas station that I use all the time all the time. For the most part, most of the workers give phenomenal customer service. In the past week I've had a few problems, all with an older gentleman that works in the morning. About a week ago I went in looking for a specific "Whoopie Pies", when I ask an older gentleman at the front whether or not he had it or not he told me he was too busy to look. Today, I went in and encountered the same older man. I went in specifically to buy the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches. When I went to the counte, he told me he was too busy to cook them. When you go into a gas stations you expect to be in-and-out in several minutes and not have to wait an extended period of time just to get a breakfast sandwich. The older male has a bad attitude and is unwilling to help with the simplest of tasks. Nobody wants to start their morning off on a negative note. I will probably no longer go into the store in the morning to avoid dealing with the grumpy old man.

This location was absolutely filthy! I am in shock about the level of disarray that this Cumberland location was in. The cashier looked like a zombie and was not helpful at all and the womens restroom was not usable and the toilet was overflowing with human waste!
