Only one employee in the entire store!!! Besides the pharmacy staff that is and they are totally unwilling to help.
Long lines and no employees on the floor to help.

I am not sure if they have perpetual staffing issues, but the drive thru for the pharmacy never runs efficiently. If you can go somewhere else to have your prescriptions filled, please do so.

Lazy unhelpful employees. Walked in around 10:30pm. Asked a Hispanic woman named Corinne to help me get some medicine that was behind locked cabinets and she told me to go ask the girl at the register. Meanwhile she was sitting there with another male employee just playing with box foam at the photo center. The girl at the register told me to go back there and wait for her but she just kept ringing people up. I was watching her and the other employees continue to sit there. It took them 5 minutes for it to click that maybe I’m getting upset and they should get off their butts. Corrine was in no rush to get up and seemed bothered to have to do her job. All in all it took over 12 minutes when I should have been in and out in 2 minutes with my 2 items.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just no words. I am a girl who has had asthma since birth and the fact that getting my quarterly inhaler prescription takes a week to 2 weeks after filing the prescription is just mind boggling. On top of that, if you try to call this pharmacy mon - Friday 9am - 5am you will never be able to actually speak to a pharmacist, you will in fact have to use the CVS app to message the pharmacy as to why you are trying to get in touch with them. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. Thankfully, I was able to have my mother give me an Albuterol inhaler when she visited me as she also has had asthma her entire life or else I would be nervous if I had an asthma attack and didn’t have a rescue Inhaler on hand. What a terrible excuse for a pharmacy. Lately, I have lived in NJ, NY, PA and FL and have never faced these issues prior to moving to Hollywood. This is not an issue with CVS it is solely for this Hollywood Florida CVS location.

I had a terrible experience tonight at this location with cashier Eduardo. I was trying to get some medicine with my daughter’s OTC benefits because she fell and got huge scratches of her knee and we took necessary medication to treat this wound. At the store was a little line of people but cashier Eduardo twice asked me to come to window without any worker there and continue to finishing purchase with another customer and it looks like he wanted me to go exact by this machine, when me and my child come by him at this window he asked me about CVS card but I said I have items which ones I would like to purchase like OTC and usually cashiers do not scan CVS card when you buying otc medicine but he like doesn’t hear me and doesn’t look at me and almost consists to scan my CVS card prior OTC barcode and then already all items (I also had 2 items what I wanted to buy regular way). After that he said that all these items DO NOT ELIGIBLE for OTC benefits and was kinda waiting when I’ll buy them. But I said that I found all these medicine in CVS otc health solution app and they should be eligible but Eduardo continues argue with me and said probably I have to buy them online in this case… And I should also say that he saw that my child had a bandage on her knee and it was bleeding too. And for me all this situation looks like that man just noticed that we had a real health problem, call me to different window then scan CVS card before OTC barcode from app and was kinda ‘enjoying’ that these items don’t go thru like otc medicine
Well at the end of all I just drove to different CVS location in 3400 Hollywood blvd and bought absolutely same items like OTC eligible without any problems. I decided to left this review because this experience was really abusing and annoying, I spent time to go to another location to get same items which I just left in the table in cvs plastic bag….

My cashier, Brianna, at the Hollywood Florida CVS store, was excellent excellent excellent. She helped me get savings above and beyond what I was planning on getting and she was very very knowledgeable about every single thing...she was very very good..

Cashier briana is the rudest most unprofessional and depressed person ive ever dealt with in my entire life. If your unhappy with your job you find another or dont work but people shouldn't pay the price for your problems 🤷🏽.
